We booked via Expedia.com 2 months before our checkin date. We were not asked to make a deposit to secure our rooms, so we were a little doubtful at first. We contacted them a few times to make sure that our rooms/booking is already secured. They were very responsive to calls and questions.

So we arrived and we checked in to the value plus room with balcony. Everyone was very pleasant and greats people on the hallways, which I really appreciated. I was just a little disappointed with the balcony because there really was no view, just a parking lot. The breakfast buffet was nice, but don't expect too much. I loved their coffee, though! The pool was okay and has a nice view of the ocean.

Our overall stay was pleasant, but we had a few bad experiences. On the second day of our stay, we wanted our room to be made up so we placed a sign on our door and we also informed a staff that we saw on the hallway. After a long day, you just want to lie down and rest on a well-made bed. But when we got inside our room, it's not made yet. It was already around 8PM. *sigh* we were so tired and we just wanted to rest, but I was a little irritated by this and called the front desk. They responded promptly naman. So we had our room cleaned while we lounged at the rooftop by the pool.

Another bad experience we had was that my husband unfortunately left his charger in our room, I know, not their fault, but they did not return it. I don't know who did, not blaming anyone, but my husband's pretty sure he left it there. They handled it professionally naman and returned our calls/inquiries.

It was my first time to be in Subic, and it helped that this hotel had a very comfortable and well-equipped room; daily supply of complimentary water; pleasant and accomodating staff; varied breakfast offerings to choose from; great rooftop pool; and most of all, with complimentary ride to SM upon check-out. It was like not leaving home at all. Will definitely stay there again.

I like the room and how the bed was arranged. I like the pool that located in the rooftop of the hotel and you will see a very nice view from it. The foods were good and delicious. This is a good place to relax and chill.

The room was an average hotel room. It was clean and adequate. I was happy with the numerous drawers and cabinet space that was available. The little balcony however was obviously not used nor cleaned for a while (big spider and spiderwebs). I personally had no want nor use for the balcony, but maybe some guests would like to use it and sit outside or dry their wet swimsuit there.

The bar restaurant during the evenings was good. The cocktails were affordable and decent. The dishes weren't anything to rave about, but the ambiance of the restaurant was nice for hosting friends for late dinner and some drinks.

The breakfast was not impressive...the food were cold on the two days we were there. The breakfast attendants weren't attentive - you'd have to call them for the missing utensils and drinking glasses on the tables. You'd have to call them for water or tea or coffee. I don't mind serving myself if cold water and hot drinks were made available at the buffet.
