we booked for 2 deluxed king room last september 21-22,2019..the room was good, spacious and clean and it smells so good although medyo luma na dn pero well maintained naman. ang problem lang ay wala pa silang bidet which is according to the hotel staff undergoing na ang pag iinstall ng mga bidet, they provide pail and dipper naman.the hotel attendant and staff was courteous, and very fast ang hotel service nila. the parking is good...the breakfast was buffet, typically fiipino food and it's ok naman.super nag enjoy mga bata sa pool night and day during our stay. nagpalit namn cla ng water s pool..well definitely coming back on our next staycation.well highly recommend this.

Good: Spacious rooms. Big bathrooms with toilet and bath separated. Good water pressure. Provides you a pail and dipper, make sure to check bottom of the sink. Good internet (where are rooms are located) not true for other rooms.

Bad or needs improvement: A little dated and has a musky smell. Spotted roaches in the bathroom and room. Beds were a little itchy. Front desk not really friendly. Breakfast is ok and filling. Requested for hard boiled eggs but couldn't cook

Make sure to check your windows. Ours were unlock and had to call maintenance to have it locked.

We were supposed to extend our stay but were told months before that they were fully booked so we had to make other arrangements. Upon checking out we found out that they still had several rooms available. They had a pool but was not able to check it out.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms have better internet connection. Most of their routers are in the hallway.

I had never stay in a hotel of this price with a very big room. The rooms were huge, I think you can dance inside or put another queen size bed. I don't know if it's just me but I also asked my colleague & he said the same thing. I had stay with some hotels & resorts that has no elevators so it's not really a big deal. But I had an issue with its design in the lobby. It's like a maze & has several doors. During our stay, there are times that we went to the wrong directions. They have a pool in the back. It's a clean hotel with nice staff. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. The restaurant is only available for breakfast. Eating is not a problem since there are few restaurants few steps away and some famous restaurants in the area are just 5 to 15 minutes drive.

I stayed in a double queen room, the shower was not hot. the A/c however was ice cold. you are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into your room or they fine you 5000pp! this rule is stupidly absurd and i docked them a star for this. they let you drink as much as you want out by the pool however.

the pool was pleasantly warm but they need to clean around the edges under the water because there is a layer of mildew growing there that is disgustingly thick. the hot tub, if you can call it that, never gets hot. it just bubbles endlessly. there is a bar right by the pool with decent appetizers and drinks. The security guard was pleasant and watched over us as we swam.

Smoking in the room also carries a 5000pp fine just fyi

the deposit was reasonable at 1000 pp

If I ever find myself in subic bay freeport zone again this is not the hotel i would choose to stay in.
