Write a reviewFor a business trip, we checks in on November 22,2014 in a double de luxe room.Though the carpeted floors are clean, it took us long walks along typical spacious corridors to go to our room.It has nice facilities but we havnt used the pool or the gym room.The room is clean and spacious however the bathroom was badly designed with doors abuting the lavatory.You can be easily disturbed in case of sudden opening of the door.Food is simple and i find nothing special to the palate.Generally, the hotel is fine. Rate: 7 out of 10.

The staff are helpful and all but the room is kind of disappointing. The aircon unit is working but it looks horrible. The only lights were two lamps, one for the cr and one near the door. The breakfast buffet tastes okay. The menu feels like it was lunch but its okay with me. The good thing is the location as it is near the tourist sites.

Small sized room, towels not that white anymore, edges of the towels were unravelling. Waiters would take your plates, you're not even done eating yet. Bring your own dental kits, conditioner, lotion. Disposable slippers were provided. Housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous, though. Restroom in bedroom had bidet. Poor wifi service.

Was there for a conference recently and it was a comfortable stay. Room I stayed in was clean. Did an Anthony from hotel impossible buy swapping my fingers on their picture frame, no dust. Was impressed.
Fridge is empty, so you will need to buy your drinks to store them. There is no lift to your rooms. Ask the staff for help in carrying your luggage.
There is no extensive cafe or restaurant if you wanna dine in. Just a small little cafe near the lobby. However, there is a burger joint right outside the hotel if you want to snack.
Hotel is about 10mins walking distance to SM Mall and Harbour Point for shopping and more choices of food.
A bit steep for the price of 4500pesos per night in my opinion. The guests who came the night before me complaint that there was no electricity and management did not do anything to compensate the discomfort from what I have heard.
