Astounding service and clean facility. They have different function rooms for meetings, intimate gatherings, corporate activities, and events. Guests are currently required to present a negative swab result as part of the local government’s protocol. This is located near establishments and they have an in house restaurant. We were able to find a discounted rate of Php2300 per night which includes the buffet breakfast which may also be requested to be served in-room. Staff and approachable.

The hotel's lobby and coffee shop looked newly renovated. Our room was on the first floor...going to our room - carpet had to be deodorized. Our room was clean though it needed more lighting. The bathroom is small...love it that they have hot and cold water. Aircon was just right not too cold. My kids went night swimming and pool water was warm...they enjoyed every minute of it. If I'd go to subic again, I would still stay here at this hotel. In addition the staff here were courteous and accommodating.

Stayed overnight with friends. Check in time was 2PM, i arrived before the time but they allowed me to check in early. Front desk was very accomodating, staff was friendly, you can feel that they genuinely care for their costumers. Though the room (double deluxe) obviously needs improvement but me and my friends can definitely say it was restful stay!

Pro: 1. TV channels was good. Got all the movie channel from hbo, star and max 2. Breakfast was good. 3. Room was spacious for double bed. 4. Staff was courteous, polite, cheerful and very helpful. Usually get this kind of treatment at 5-star hotel in my country. 5. Room service was good. Cleaned the room properly. 6. Near Meatplus restaurant, Atm and Freeport market. Souvenirs here was very expensive. Better buy them at stall 1&2, JLGA market and mall (pag-asa), olongapo city, 2200 philipines. 7. Taxi service was available. To get better deals on taxi, catch in front of meat plus restaurant.
Cons: 1. Price was expensive, 4000 peso/nite for 3 star hotel. For that price, I was expecting a 4-star hotel like novotel standards. 2. Free wifi only worked the 1st day. After that, could not worked. Complained but still did not work. 3. Air-conditioner did not have remote control. Got to call the desk to turn it off. 4. Hot water not functioning 100%. Somewhere like 20 %. 5. Found small insects on the bed when sleeping. I suspect bed bugs. 2nd nite was better. I think they changed the sheets and it was gone. 6. Room lighting very dark. Window facing dark side of hotel. So during the day, feel like it is at night. 7. Hotel had to call taxi and the rate could not be bargain much. No taxi waiting in front of hotel.
Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The staff are helpful and all but the room is kind of disappointing. The aircon unit is working but it looks horrible. The only lights were two lamps, one for the cr and one near the door. The breakfast buffet tastes okay. The menu feels like it was lunch but its okay with me. The good thing is the location as it is near the tourist sites.
