Should be one of the better resort in the area. Food is good, room service is fast, shower is a bit old but I can live with it, took a while to set the temperature of the shower. A short distance to the beach.

I was seduced by the large pool of this hotel. It is the reason I picked this one over other hotels in SBMA.
First off, there was no thermos no complimentary coffee/tea in the room. That is a feature very expected in every hotel especially one with $130 room price. Second, they have no attention for details, our room didnt have a menu for us to order room service. I called the front desk to request they provide one but they transferred me 3 times, first to the scallywag bar, then scallywag transferred me back to front desk, then front desk transferred me to housekeeping, housekeeping TRIED TO TRANSFER ME BACK TO FRONT DESK. What fresh hell is this? I wasted a good half hour just trying to get a menu.
Third, we waited about an hour and a half until our food arrived. French fries and carbonara was bland. The only thing good was the large portion of the cheesecake, but the taste was just okay.
Fourth, room temp is so cold even at highest temp.
Fifth, jacuzzi has no hot water. Why would you install a jacuzzi with no hot water???

Upon searching for affordable hotels days before an event in Zambales, we stumbled upon White Orchid with the help of agoda. It looked decent through the pictures. One of the cheapest 2 days before the day we needed a place to stay.

When we arrived, the whole hotel was old. Stairs, roof, tables, sofa, even souvenirs they sell at very expensive price, the smell of the whole place. Although the staff are very accomodating and kind.

Expecting the room will be comfortable to sleep in at least because that was the purpose of our stay, to have a nice bed and clean room. But no. The smell of the entire room was SO strong with disinfectant spray or lysol or bug spray. The bed was covered with old beddings like the one you see in really old movies. The bathroom door has no lock. I woke up to the sound of a cockroach creeping down the sink to the bedroom floor. It was really nasty. Never going back again.

Excellent hotel on the beach, not the cheapest but if you want something a little more special then its worth staying here. Take a pool side room instead of beach side! Staff all friendly and 24 hour hotel service. Manager was a great help.

We stayed there for 2 days during the holy week. Since all the rooms are fully booked we stayed at their private suite worth 9thousand per night. I was hoping the room will be so beautiful for that price but got very disappointed as soon as we walked into the room. It was big yeah but that's all! The room is so outdated and the toilet/shower is dirty, the running water tasted like chlorine and not even a bathrobe or a slipper in the room! The service at The restaurant sucks! We waited too long for our cold food when it was served and there was a lot of waitresses/waiters right there but no one was assisting us not unless you call them.. oVer all we're not gonna come back to this hotel again!
