OKAY ABC Hotel is 2 fold because it has the New Millennium Wing and older wing. ABC has ups and downs 95% ups over downs though.

PROS: SUPER NICE BEDS, great service, killer rooms, TV's Music, Party options, inroom sound systems, steam showers, in house barber, gym, massage, bar, restaurant (FOOD IS GOOOOOOD). Swimming Pool is awesome, with a bar next too and 2 different restaurants.

Bed is out of control awesome. I wake up early while my girl sleeps in, I called house keeping for an extra comforter so i could surf the net and watch TV NO PROBLEM. I'd order food here and the fried chicken is better than Jollibee's. BUT not better than KFC.

Food always good and the club sandwich, pancakes and mango shakes are #1! Dennys Ihop pancakes can't touch the quality of these.

TV, i was never able to see every channel offered. So many! TV's are flat screens at least 40" the Bose in room system lets me plug in any music player be it Ipod or other device through the head phones and i can' play music through out the room/Bathroom LOUD as i want. Rooms are cement walls so you can't hear the party next to you.

Mini Bar WELL STOCKED but heads up, during a party i passed on having the bell staff go to the store for us and i opened the Champagne and it was about $130 a bottle. OOPS little expensive, 200 pesos in tips and bell service would of went to any store for my needs in drinks and food for the party.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Wow ! Best idea for AC. I've been to other places but and this is GENIUS. I would call from ANY location in AC and they'd pick me up. I'd leave ABC and there is at least 2 drivers ready to take you where you need to go. I tipped 100 Peso or 200 peso for rides THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH but when i walked up i always had service, i had all the drivers cell #'s and i'd call at all hours of the night at any location for my misses and i get an air conned ride back to our room.

Check In Staff: I stay at ABC and Fields Plaza Suites (sister Hotel to ABC) and both check in Staff are shared between the 2 hotels so they knew my needs and i moved back an forth from room to room, hotel to hotel since i didnt pre-book and it was high season. The staff was gracious and worked hard to get me rooms. I left tips behind.

FYI i don't like AC i only like ABC and Fields Plaza Suites. I will return since my girl wants to see her family but those are the only 2 hotels i will visit when i go back.

I had an issue with a smell, Room service changed out linens , sprayed the rooms, left room scents behind and gave us coupons for the restaurant while they worked on the room. We ate free and drank free.

CONS: This is hard to write since i love this hotel so much.
*Glass bathrooms. I hate it a ton. I don't want to see what my guests do in the bathroom. I don't care to know that. Showering, steam bath and jacuzzi is 100% see thru, and so is the sink. The CR aka toilet is glazed glass or black tinted glass. Still not so private.

BUT THERE IS AN ANSWER TO THIS!!!! Millennium Option Junior Suite has curtains on the outside of the glass that allows you to cover up the entire bathroom for privacy. Cost per website

http://www.angelesbeachclubhotel.com/accomodation.php 8,150.00 PHP per night for 2 guests.
I stay at the New World Makati in Manila and its 4 star but the service at ABC blows them out of the water.

Without a doubt....the worst (almost criminal ) booking experience ever...worldwide.
I booked a room for Feb in November (prior).
My company booked me alternative accommodation and subsequently cancelled booking on 28 Dec, 2019 (Well outside their 72 hours cancellation policy)
As ABC had already deducted the 1st night accommodation as deposit (which was instantaneous when the booking was made)...what followed was ridiculous for a so called '5 star' hotel.
35 days and 10 emails later...I received my refund....minus a 'service charge'....REALLY ?
Despite excuse after excuse...in 2020 this really is unacceptable. I have no doubt the ABC group invest customers deposits in the short term money market. I also note that they will not respond to negative reviews on here...another sign of a weak organization.
When I stayed at my alternative hotel...I still decided to pay the 500 peso fee to use the Sauna and spa in the ABC HOTEL. What an absolute joke...after waiting for an hour for the Sauna to heat up...it was warmer outside. I sat in there for 30 minutes and left because I was cold and generally frustrated. They have spent so much money on a beautiful facility...but clearly built a sauna room which is far too big for the small heater they've installed. As you'll see from other reviews...I'm a sauna fanatic.
I found a fantastic full on sauna/spa not too far away...300 pesos. Venus sauna is well worth checking out (And it is a genuine, professional and non gay facility ).
As for the ABC group...don't believe everything positive thing you read in here

We are on our third night at this adult paradise where the accommodation is luxurious, spacious and relaxing. But if you are thinking of staying at ABC Hotel beware of leaving anything that is of value inside your room. I placed an expensive earrings which has sentimental value, on top of the bar table in our room to go for a massage and when I came back the cleaners have already cleaned the room and I couldn't find my earrings. I called reception straight away & also spoke to the general manager Mr. Fabrice who informed me that anything that is lost in our room that is of value should be placed in the safe because if anything goes missing it is not their responsibility. I find this excuse very lame. I know where I placed my earrings and I thought ABC hotel is a secure and safe place to stay but those expectations were quashed when my earrings was stolen by the staff at ABC hotel. I have travelled various countries through out the world and stayed in many hotels but never experienced theft in my own hotel room.

The hotel itself is very modern and up market, the lobby pool area and bars are all very classy and relaxing. The rooms were very spacious and modern although ours had a distinctive smell off old smoke, after booking a non smoking room we were told by reception that there were no non smoking rooms! I guess this hotel is fantastic if you are an older 55+ male looking to have "fun" in Angeles. I booked in here for 3 nights with my partner, we felt extremely awkward when walking around the hotel or going to dinner as we were stared at from other guests, probably thinking what the hell are you doing here, also the front desk personnel were wearing what looked like they were heading to there second job after there shift as maybe a pole dancer or something around those lines. The housekeeping staff on the other hand were more respectable and very accommodating. We are young couple in our mid 20s. Apart from that over all the hotel was ok.

Stayed in a suite at the ABC with friends for a holiday having worked out in Angeles a few times and heard about the hotel.
What can I say? The staff are really friendly and accommodating, the suite I had was totally out of this world, with wall to wall luxury and gadgets galore. The food was great (and plentiful too).
All in all, if you're ever heading out that way, choose the ABC and you won't be sorry.

No charge even if they were to stay the night..... You pay for the room. Its an awesome hotel... You gotta include access to the Aqua deck and if you have a group of girls I urge you to book one of the Aqua deck cabanas... There's 2 presidential cabanas either side of the pool. Do a deal with one of the daytime aqua deck waiters and he will look after you and your guests for the evening on the Aqua deck. You will not regret the experience. The Hotel staff are superb, just look after them and treat them with respect.

Dear Mr. Leo, Thank you so much for your interest on the Aqua Suite for planning to stay with us. I'm so sorry that you couldn't find a good photo for our Aqua Suite as we are currently working on our new website with the updated photos. Meanwhile, you could give me your e-mail address so I could send you photos. Pertaining to your questions, please refer to the answers below; 1. The bath tub was overlooking the bedroom but not actually next to the bed. There's a glass separator from the bedroom to the bathroom. 2. The toilet was indeed separate and closed off area. There's a separate door few steps from the bath tub and shower area. Privacy won't be an issue then. 3. Lastly, all our televisions regardless on what type of room you would reserve has HDMI function. Working on a bigger screen is not a problem with us. I am also proud to say that amongst other hotel, we have the fastest internet connection as we have invested on our own dedicated internet fiber. If you have any issues during your stay, our 24/7 team will be readily available to assist you. Hope I was able to answer all your queries and help you decide to stay with us Mr. Leo. I look forward to seeing you then! Yours at service, Ilene Marcos Sales and Reservations Head ABC Hotel Group, Philippines
