I stayed in the standard suite and it was quite well appointed with a large bathroom with separate shower and bath and the room was quiet. The staff is excellent and it is always easy to get a ride with the hotel van to wherever you want to go. Decor is a little bit over the top in a LIberace way. But hard to fnd much fault with any aspect of the stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I can recommend this hotel.

It was my second stay at ABC Hotel only and the moment I stepped into the foyer Iw as greeted with smiles and my name. That greeting plus the welcome drink ensured that I was in for another excellent stay at this hotel.

I stayed at the Aqua Suite which is really luxurious with your own hot tub! The room and housekeeping service was remarkable and laundry came back within half a day!

The food is superb as is the service in the restaurant, pool bar, Aqua club and everywhere you choose to dine. I especially recommend their Beef Adobo, Grilled Salmon Fillet and Club Sandwich.

My favorite part is the Millionaire Spa with excellent spa therapists - especially Joyce who gives the best sports massages I've ever had!
The two lady bartenders Mich and Ciara are pleasant and friendly! They're both great conversationists and also make superb protein shakes and jaegerbombers!

The gym is well-equipped and available 24-hrs a day as is the superb infinity rooftop pool with its unique seawater! Every night there are themed pool parties and a cool DJ so you can chill to the max!

The concierge service is also top rate with Mike and Johnnie and Ernest especially helpful. The receptionists at front desk are efficient and effervescent with delightful names such as Hershey!

All in all, this hotel is the best I've stayed in as far as service, facilities and cleanliness. It's my go to hotel and I've already booked for three more short holidays there! It has my highest recommendation for anyone going to Angeles - as it's centrally located, 5 mins from the famous Walkjng Street and x complimentary shuttle service at your beck and call! I can't wait to go back to my 'second home' where every guest is instantly and genuinely made to feel like family!

My fiance lives nearby in the city so we stayed here to begin and end a vacation together (other segment was spent in Cebu). The hotel's service and quality levels are very high with a rich set of services housed in the hotel itself. As a young couple (25 for me, 18 for her), we were very out of place among the hotel's other guests, but they will constitute the one detraction from your stay regardless. Overall it was among the best hotels I've stayed in and for a very reasonable price.

-Decorating ideas are flashy and unique. Room items are high quality and well-maintained (the cabinets aren't beat up, the carpet new, the bed consistently firm, Padded walls reduce ambient noise from the very busy world beyond...and other guests. The suite we stayed in had wonderful accent light ideas using formed, clear plastics I have never seen before anywhere.

-The room service food quality is 8/10 but far less expensive than you find in other hotels of this service level. They provide a wide range of menu options that include local, western, and eastern fare. Unlike other foreign full-service hotels, the menu options are quite accurately described. Perfectly up to par.

-The hotel does offer in-room or central location spa services we took advantage of for her after I had left for the US. The services are simply described, professionally executed, and pleasant.

-The pool, spa, barber shop, restaurant, pool bar, and other public areas are excellent. There is a visa consultant there during the week and a very competent front desk staff all hours of the day. The hotel does offer complimentary concierge service for pickups and drop offs in the greater Angeles/Pampanga area. They were very generous in picking up her whole (huge) family for an evening out. The vehicles are well-maintained and comfortable. They offer rides to and from the airport at cost.

-The one negative is the other clientele. Immediately from my mention of ABC at the airport, the taxi driver who drove me there believed me to be interested in the substantial number of ladies of the night prowling the several blocks around the hotel. He was surprised to learn that I was his first Western customer going to Pampanga for something other than the prostitutes in three years of driving that route. Impressive. Gross.

The word "girlfriend" or "wife" is used to refer to whatever interesting, scantily clad bargirl a paying guest happens to bring back onto the hotel premises. My girl was immediately thought to be 'in the profession' by the staff and the guests. The staff wised up, the guests continued to be weird.

These creepy, universally old, often married guys would strike up conversations with me and completely ignore her or, worse, talk to me while staring at her. Overall they were easy to ignore but we didnt patronize the public areas as much as we would've had the hotel a different setting.

Overall 5/5 on the hotel's part: it will be a regular haunt of ours whenever I/we return to Pampanga.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was faultless, and included everyone including the amazingly helpful doormen/concierge. You need drinks, food, SIM cards? They will get it for you. First six nights I spend in a standard room which was spacious and provided everything one would need, including wall mirrors, that may be appreciated by some, considering the fact this is Angeles City. I used a lot of room service and all the food was excellent. Outside the hotel is an ATM machine, and both Eruptions bar and Ponytails are not far away. Hotel is well situation, kind of between the Perimeter bars and Fields Avenue. Unless its super hot or you have mobility issues, everything is walkable from the hotel. The last three nights I spend in a funky fiesta room, which could accommodate a significant number of people. That being said, and having limited funds, the standard room is more than enough for one, two or three guests one may be entertaining. There is couch in the room as well. The wifi was strong and I never had any problems. Did not have a chance to use the pool or the gym, and never made it to the roof top bar, but I plan to use these facilities when I return next February. ABC is exceptional and worth every cent.

It is hard to express what this hotel is because it is all about the great memories you experience when you leave. So I will put it in point:

Front desk: ok let say The most friendly & smiling & helpful staff I ever met , also the check-in / out done in less then a minute.

Room : a large & very classy and will decorated room .

Security: this hotel hired the most talented guards I ever see , they always help you and advice you to where to go and where not .

Shutter service : this is one of the advantages of this hotel and it is free ( but you may tip the drivers )

Location: best location in the city cause it is very near to the SM mall and to the shops and maybe 200-300 meters to the nightlife .

Very recommended to solo or couples or families.

No charge even if they were to stay the night..... You pay for the room. Its an awesome hotel... You gotta include access to the Aqua deck and if you have a group of girls I urge you to book one of the Aqua deck cabanas... There's 2 presidential cabanas either side of the pool. Do a deal with one of the daytime aqua deck waiters and he will look after you and your guests for the evening on the Aqua deck. You will not regret the experience. The Hotel staff are superb, just look after them and treat them with respect.

Dear Mr. Leo, Thank you so much for your interest on the Aqua Suite for planning to stay with us. I'm so sorry that you couldn't find a good photo for our Aqua Suite as we are currently working on our new website with the updated photos. Meanwhile, you could give me your e-mail address so I could send you photos. Pertaining to your questions, please refer to the answers below; 1. The bath tub was overlooking the bedroom but not actually next to the bed. There's a glass separator from the bedroom to the bathroom. 2. The toilet was indeed separate and closed off area. There's a separate door few steps from the bath tub and shower area. Privacy won't be an issue then. 3. Lastly, all our televisions regardless on what type of room you would reserve has HDMI function. Working on a bigger screen is not a problem with us. I am also proud to say that amongst other hotel, we have the fastest internet connection as we have invested on our own dedicated internet fiber. If you have any issues during your stay, our 24/7 team will be readily available to assist you. Hope I was able to answer all your queries and help you decide to stay with us Mr. Leo. I look forward to seeing you then! Yours at service, Ilene Marcos Sales and Reservations Head ABC Hotel Group, Philippines
