We stayed at the Encore as an end to a trip to the a Grand Canyon. Glad we did. Room was great, casino fun , food delicious. The philly cheese steak at Charleys Bar and grill was the best I ever had. The food at Lake side was great. The employees all were friendly, helpful and kind in our new Covid world. The hotel has gone out of the way to do all things right. I appreciate them all. Good job Steve Wynn. Pool area was a treat. A great trip had by us thanks to the Encore. If going to Vegas just stop looking where to stay and stay here. You will be glad, we sure were.

We were looking for a mini getaway, despite the pandemic that was occurring. We figured that this is the best time to go to Vegas since it is less populated. Well, Let me tell you, despite hearing the horror stories of Vegas, My stay at Encore was beyond amazing! There was extra security with a bag check and metal detectors, when walking in to the resort, which I did not mind at all. That extra step gave me a slight piece of mind. Other than that I couldn’t believe the cleanliness and sanitation process throughout the hotel- they were on top of it! The second you leave a gaming table it is wiped down between players, if a player doesn’t jump in too quickly. The lounge chairs at the pools are sprayed down after each guests. The restaurants offer you a little placard to rest your face mask. There are hand sanitizers throughout both casinos. I noticed staff wiping down high touch areas, I.e handrails, knobs, etc. Also, we ate at Lakeside, the service was just great, food was amazing and the half hour shows made our dining experience even better. We also enjoyed dining at Jardin so much that we went back a few times during our stay. I may say this is probably one of my best stays in Vegas! Encore was just outstanding! after venturing out of the hotel grounds and exploring other hotels on our first day, the quality of the Encore and Wynn was just exceptional and others did not compare that we decided not to leave after that lol Also, the clients at Wynn and Encore seemed to be more put together and a different maturity level which was to my liking. If you’re looking for a hotel with class, cleanliness, security and a high regard for Value, stay at Encore. Despite all the negative reviews, we had a great time and looking forward to another stay!

Arrived on my Birthday. 3 nights at the Encore Tower Suites. The separate check-in and the ability to valet my vehicle was great considering the current situation due to Covid. As me and my fiancee checked in we were asked about trip and if there was anything special being celebrated. I mentioned briefly it was my birthday and my fiancee's first time staying at the Wynn/Encore property. We were able to get a higher room and strip view by request. This was appreciated. In addition we were able to get into our room early which was nice because we both wanted to go visit the pool later. I have to mention that after we did a little shopping for a few hours and came back to get changed to go to the pool for a bit. I was plasently surprised by a gift that was left in our room with a card. The card had a nice sentiment about celebrating my birthday. The unique thing about the gift that is was a champagne bottle made all our of chocolate with it cut in half containing individual chocolate squares to eat. What a nice touch and very much appreciated. Liz who helped at the check-in was responsible for this. So a big thank you to her for getting our 3 day stay started. All in all the stay was fantastic. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and made us both feel welcomed.

Between the Encore and Wynn there are 4 or 5 pools and it’s never been an issue getting a lounger. Without stating the obvious that will depend on the season and I’ve never been there during spring break.

Does the spa have a regular pool and are there snacks in the spa
Answer from cmlellmom

Hi there - The spa is huge and beautiful. There are light, healthy snacks at the check in, and on the table in the women's waiting area near the tea and cold drinks (did not see men's but assume it is similar). There is a huge hydrotherapy area inside the spa that does have pools in all three temps, but not exactly one where you can do laps. However, there are three very nice pools at the Wynn/Encore, and the quiet pool (closest to the Encore) is where you could do laps. You could also go to the biggest pool at the Wynn, but if you are looking for peaceful, you'd have to go early in the AM. Hope that helps!

Encore casino is typically half full or less, I would classify it as a very low traffic casino. As for the Club its on the strip side of the hotel and all rooms which face The Strip could have noise until 6AM, Rooms facing north would not have any noise at all. When I checked in last month I was given a choice of quiet/North view vs Strip and possible club noise. I would suggest you contact hotel and specify your request so its on file before you check in
