Michael and Felicity' s converted barn is the perfect place for a few days away. It's in a lovely location in the countryside and the house is absolutely gorgeous.
We had a difficult journey and were very late arriving, Michael and Felicity kept in touch throughout the journey and even offered to have some food ready when we arrived. (We gratefully accepted a glass of wine)
Our stay included lots of little surprises and home touches (hot water bottle in the bed, slices of Christmas cake in the room, offering to drop us off for a new year party, etc) and we would highly recommend taking the breakfast option as we were spoilt for choice with Michael providing an excellent cooked breakfast. They are such interesting and lovely people and if we are ever needing a room anywhere close by again, we won't even look anywhere else!

Just back from a weekend staying at Church Farm, on our visit to Norwich. The B&B is so peaceful with lovely views, set in the countryside yet so close to the town. The room was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Michael and Felicity made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed here for one night whilst attending family funeral! The welcome we had was lovely - tea and delicious lemon drizzle cake! Lovely relaxing evening in a beautiful room with everything you could have wished for !! Breakfast was delicious and relaxing - lovely choice of menu! Would definitely recommend and would certainly visit again! Wished the weather had been warmer and we could have enjoyed the beautiful garden!

The most comfortable bed and bed linen, lovely peaceful and clean room with tea coffee and little shortbreads. Delicious breakfast (so much choice!) and such lovely, friendly and kind hosts. Thank you for a good stay - we were rather sad we were only there for the night.

Michael and Felicity are very welcoming hosts. Our room (#2) was lovely: the bed comfortable; good quality linen etc; well equipped bathroom with a bath and super shower. Great choice for breakfast - and delicious! Highly recommended.
