I stayed here for 2 weeks travelling solo for work. The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean.
Most mornings I had breakfast at the bistro and it was really good.
On one of the nights, there was a sudden power interruption which lasted till early morning. The property did not appear to have any backup power.
This hotel is located in an easy to access part of Dearborn, making it good for day trips around detroit. It is quite and clean. Staff are excellent and friendly, checking in to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and tidy. And to top it off - the price was good too. This was my second stay there in the past couple years, with the same great experience.
This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in for business travel. The front desk, Olivia, was spot on in making sure I felt welcome and even had my room ready for an early check-in (by one hour). The staff has some great people - Susan at the Bistro and of course, Meranda and her cleaning staff.
Traveling by myself, I really appreciate the clean, safe environment and be sure to eat at the Bistro ifyou don't like leaving again after you get to the hotel.
Good hotel for a quick, overnight stay. I probably wouldn’t have an extended stay here but friendly staff, room was clean, and it was close to greenfield village. The outside looks a little suspect but when you get in everything seems to be updated. Our room was laid out a little goofy with the bed facing the sliding window instead of the TV stand. Made watching TV before bed inconvenient. Would consider again.
My son and I stayed here while visiting The Henry Ford at Greenfield Village. (The museum is very close-say 8 minutes away.) We rolled in around 10 pm and it was obvious the front desk staff was as weary as we were, however, they perked up to greet us. Robin put a smile on and was very nice. After we’d checked in and then decided we wanted a couple of cold waters, I got out cash to pay for it only to have the manager give Robin a heads up to just give them to us because we’d had such a long drive. So sweet.
Every single employee we saw during our two night stay smiled and had a kind word for us- the housekeeper in the hall, the ladies working the little restaurant-everyone was friendly and nice.
The area this hotel is in appears safe and a combination of nice apartments, residential and corporate offices (like Ford’s). Not a lot of restaurants nearby (unless you like Mediterranean food in which case you’re in luck), but we drove a very short distance to have dinner at Edison’s at the Marriott Dearborn Inn, which was very nice.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and there was a lovely courtyard out the window.
This is a comfortable and cozy hotel with a lovely staff. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!
