My children and I stayed last night at the days inn. We checked in super late because I had trouble finding a room for the night. My previous stays had been at a very unsatisfactory hotel so I didn’t have much faith in hotels anymore and found myself buying disinfectants and travel sheets and asking for freshly washed towels, but the days inn was completely different. I didn’t have to use any of the things i bought. With the covid crisis going on they made everything as contactless as possible. The room was amazing you could slightly smell the disinfectants they used and from that moment I was reassured that they really took extra time and care to make you know they care about your health and safety. They really make your stay comfortable. It’s definitely a place I would return too. Me and my children’s stay was lovely. I provided a picture of us enjoying our room.

i have stayed at this hotel a few times for a work trip and really enjoyed the experience! The hotel staff was caring and thoughfull about my stay and safety precautions into consideration to keep the guest and staff safe i was lucky enough to stay in a renovated room on the secound floor.it seems as if they are making some good changes to the room i saw the staff spraying disinfsctant in all the entrances multiple times through the day.i saw the housekeeping staff wipe down everything... you guys did a wondeful job please keep it up and i will be staying with you guys soon.

Breakfast was good, the location perfect, people nice, the environment quiet. But room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Reception sprayed the room, but it did not solve the problem. Smell was probably embedded in drapes and carpet and would require more than just a superficial cleaning.

Hello navyPIRfamily, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize for the smoke smell in the room. We have been 100% non smoking hotel. Guest time to time do not abide by our hotel policy of 100% smoke free. We have been communicating with our housekeeping staff to thoroughly wash all items once a guest has smoked in our rooms. Our details smoke cleaning procedure includes washing pillows, remove all bedding, steam clean drapery, chairs, and any other points. washing the walls with disinfectant and steam cleaning the carpet. We apologize for our staff not meeting our standards for the best guest experience, but we are training them everyday to make it an awesome experience for our guests. Dirty room, hair in the bedsheets, whole in the bathroom door, rude attendant. Ot was is if no one cared. The check in attendant was rude, acted as if we disturbed her because we arrived. No smile no greeting. Overall awful customer service.

I apologize on behalf of the staff, we hold to our strict standards of cleanliness and we were in the process of updating the hotel. We apologize for you experiencing befor our renovation. Currently we are in the process of renovating our hotel. We just painted all the guest room doors and in the process of updating all parts of the hotel. Pertaining to the hair found in the bed, I tried to reach you during your stay but was not successful in doing so. We will have more guest relations training with our front desk staff. We all learn from our experiences and we thank you for bringing these items to our attention. Paper thin walls, ceilings, & doors make for a rough night when trying to sleep. Even with the bathroom fan and heater on you can still hear your neighbors. Access is confusing, Lyft drivers kept bringing us to the wrong Hotel or having to turn around to go through a car sickening maze just to find the entry. The hotel is currently undergoing some kind of renovation/paint project so I think the barricade didn't help matters. If you don't rent cars and are used to utilizing food apps when traveling, you won't find service here. Your closest options are McDonalds, or Subway unless you want to risk your life crossing the HWY to hit a Mom and Pop type place. You can also order a Lyft to bring you where you'd like to eat. Lobby was nice. Front desk clerks were super friendly, and although I never had the opportunity to make it, they do serve breakfast which is always nice when traveling! Was there for my son's Navy BC graduation and proximity was a plus as well. So yeah, make sure you book a room that has been renovated/and or remodeled, bring earplugs, ask for an extra blanket (our heater wasn't functioning properly), and rent a car and you'll have a better stay than we did.

As far delivery apps they do work for this area i have personality tried UBER EATS, DOOR DASH,AND POSTMATES and they all deliver to this location.Did you let the front desk know about any problems the room was having we always try to fix things right away.
