The room is nice, so this is the only positive part of this review. The guy working the desk was rude. When reserving the room it did not say there was a $100 fee for a pet. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee and $200 fee for incidentals which is ridiculous to check in for 8 hours before a flight. To walk in the hotel there was a guy smoking, so the lobby was filled with smoke. Just got to the hotel and already the experience is horrible. I tried to cancel, but there was not a number available and it would have cost more to cancel. Do not go to this hotel.

Price seemed fair and reasonable with amenities and other hotels in the area. Website was updated with the extra steps they were doing to keep the hotel safe and clean in response to Covid but it overlooked the closing of all their amenities. The breakfast was reduced to a bagged to go option but at least they still offered something. The pool and hot tub were completely closed and the gym limited. I would not have picked this hotel at this price with limited amenities. If your website is updated to show all the changes due to covid you should be upfront about the limitations on the amenities too. It seems like false advertising and I will be sure to call ahead next time to avoid the disappointment. Room was not clean either. Food was splattered on the walls and the carpet smelled like pee. Definitely not what we were expecting.

I stayed at this hotel in October, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The General Manager went out of his way multiple times for small little things I needed. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve used in hotels, they thought of everything. I do mostly floor work, they had nice mats and weights in 5 lb increments and a commercial grade bench. Most hotels have 3 or 4 cardio pieces and that’s it. Towels provided. And during covid you make an appt and you have the whole room to yourself. They clean and sanitize between each guest. They have a great firepit with lots of seating outside. My sister and husband are there for 3 months, they said it’s much better than they could have imagined. Most hotels in B-N are the same old same old, these people really take service to the next level. And there is an excellent deli next door. Thank you Kevin!

Good service. Good greeting. Offered me bottled water. Good COVID safety precautions. Room and common spaces were very clean. Nice new hotel smell.

We stopped at the Residence Inn as we want to have a relaxing bigger room and ability to fix our own supper. The room was very nice and the couch comfortable. The king size bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The kitchenette was nice and had adequate pots to prepare our supper.
Will stay again unless rates go back up!
