Date of stay: January 2019Trip type: Traveled solo
The operation of the magnetic room key was hit or miss getting into the room. I went out to get dinner, came back after they had locked the front door, the key wouldn't work at all. Luckily an employee was outside taking a smoke break, and let me in with his key, after several failed attempts. Again, I had to try 4 or 5 times before I could get my room door to open.
I found a large ball of hair on the bathroom counter, right next to the neatly folded hand towels and the far corner of the tub had a pronounced ring.
Further, there was only a thin cover on the bed, not enough to stay warm in an air conditioned room, I had to fold it into a triple layer.
I had booked three nights, was too tired after a long exhausting trip to do anything that night, but I checked out first thing the next day.
Room Tip: Go somewhere else
