This hotel is new and therefore I booked for 4 nights. I requested for a room on the quiet side. When I checked in, the lady said the room assigned to me was not ready and gave me a room with excessive road noise. The room windows opened to the 470 highway. This hotel has 470 and 85 on its 2 sides and other smaller side roads on the other side. Waited to get out of this hotel. Will not return.

This is a newer Residence Inn. The layout is good. Comes with kitchen/living room combo. The sleeper sofa has a longer section attached, so it’s more comfortable to recline. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom and dressing area are more spacious than older Residence Inn properties. We will stay here again.

Understandably things are difficult due to current crisis. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Unfortunately we were place next door to a room in which the guest had the TV on all night and could be heard through the wall so sleep was disrupted. The computer system was apparently down and the front desk person was working off a list of clean rooms. Next time instead of booking on the Marriott app I may consider calling ahead to double check on room availability. The desk staff was apologetic explaining the limitations she had in room placement. Location is great.

Reason I would not stay here again is breakfast closes to early during the week, 9am and so if you come at 8:30 or after you get cold, dried out eggs etc no microwave to heat in dining area, and at 9 everything is locked up. Breakfast should be at least 9:30 or 10 am weekdays!! Eggs were cold and dried up not good! Coffee later in afternoon was always cold!
Housekeeping is hit and miss, bed not always reset just throw the comforter up, supplies not always restocked, and not vacuumed daily,
Otherwise seems to be nice hotel but because of reasons above I would not stay

I walked in after long day travel and tired and knew I was checking in for several weeks. I had inquired about a long term rate as I had stayed before and received one. One of the sales girls came out and was happy to assist me. They made sure I was happy with my room and comfortable with the rate. They also offered a negotiated rate for my company as I come stay often. I had a birthday recently and they remembered and put a cake in my room. Everyone was very thoughtful and grateful. There were some management changes but overall... every single team member wanted to make everyone’s stay great. I believe the ones that left were the salty ones. The staff carries themselves with pride and grace. They are all very professional and happy. I was stunned to see the review below as I have never witnessed this, not once. My room always clean, the mix was great. The hostess of the mix is a gem. I looked forward to the sales team coming out and talking and checking in. I will never stay anywhere else when in town and neither will anyone from my company. I think this place is moving in the right direction. I did have issues during a prior stay but with an old manager not the new team. I truly think this company is the symbol of hospitality. I would look at the good reviews because they are true. Of course no business is perfect but you can feel the passion in these folks. The sales team and front desk agents and the mix lady remembered important things going on in my life and would ask. That says a lot beings they see several hundreds of people a week. I feel like family when I stay. Thanks to you all. I could go on and on with praise. Also, this hotel is quite new and very nicely done.
