I chose motel 6 because I needed a cheap place to stay for a couple of days in order to search for work. I am currently online thanks to an obscure server outside of motel 6. The internet for the motel does not work in my room, which is a necessity to find work in the world today. I have been on the phone with front desk 3 times. They informed me that I could change rooms but internet service is available in all rooms. I asked them to reset the router and was told that they are all in the attic and nothing they could do.
I have already paid for 2 nights, wasted!!
The front desk offered no help and were actually pretty rude about it.
I do not recommend that ANYBODY stay at this motel. There are several places within one mile of here for only a few dollars more. Nicer rooms with amenities that function.
I made a bad decision choosing this motel. It's my fault. I should have spent the few extra dollars
I stayed here as I had an early flight from the airport. It suited my needs perfectly. It's a short walk from the airport, which was convenient. The rooms were clean and pretty nice. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room, but they had a microwave. All the front desk staff were great. They even let me check in a little prior to 3pm as my room was already done.
There's a coin-op laundry on-site, which was great.
Great rooms, great staff, great location. Overall, great stay for an unbeatable price.
Clean rooms. Price is awesome. Hotel it pet friendly. The power went out at the hotel and it stopped my clothes from being washed. They didn’t offer to help with finishing the cycle and someone did end up stealing all of my clothes from the laundry room. That’s all I really had left unfortunately. I know it’s not their fault- just a bad situation.
This Motel 6 is a must! I'm blown away with the service I got the room was clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff was amazing. Amber is the best motel manager I have ever encountered. Tony, rachel, and angel had the best customer service I've had in a long time. I travel frequently and will be back every time I visit grand junction. Tina (the maid) was absolutely wonderful as well. Kudos to amber and her staff, you can tell amber takes care of the property and her staff the best she can. In all my years of traveling I have noticed just by the service you get from the staff you know if they're happy and taken care of by management, and this staff definitely is and it shows! Thank you for the great stay we will be back.
Ok so I read reviews and trusted that some might be overreacting. We gave Motel 6 the benefit of the doubt and decided to try them, afterall we have stayed at Motel 6’s before no big deal and it was just one night passing through.....WRONG! All I’m going to say is the room was slightly clean, flies and gnats in the bathroom, power went out at 2am so no AC and the tweekers on 2nd floor above running around yelling (and I quote) “Yo, yo Bro what you do? Dang dog turn that s$&/ back on (hahaha)” oh and not to mention the beds sagged in the middle (we had a room with two full/queen size beds) we tried both and it was an the “I love Lucy” episode where Ethel had to tie Fred’s pjs to the bed frame to keep him from rolling into the middle. Needless to say we checked in around 8:30 and were gone by 5:30. Total waste of our $95. Sorry Motel 6 don’t leave your light on anymore!
