We were a little disappointed with this hotel room as we had a few issues including the aircon not working properly, the bathroom light not working and one of the blinds not staying down. We had to weight down the blind to keep it down.

My father and I stayed here recently for the Queen + Adam Lambert concert and were not overly impressed with the service. Were given our room keys and told we could park in their car park, but then once we tried they told us our room number didn’t exist and their parking was full anyway — even though we were just told to go to that exact car park.

Other than that, rooms quite small, one big bed and one bunk bed, which was weird to me as the website didn’t specify that when booking.
Also no door to bathroom, only a curtain between it and the bedroom.

Not the best place by far, but I guess it is budget and it is walking distance from the concerts.

We stayed overnight while attending a concert at Quodos Bank Arena , the hotel is an easy walk to all facilities in and around Olympic Park . Check in was easy and we were able to park in their parking facility , staff were courteous and prompt , the room is what you would expect from a budget hotel, no frills , though the carpet needed a steam clean and the blind had a burn on it .We were upgraded to a family room which does not really give you anything extra apart from a double bunk , a small lounge in a standard room would be a better option to an upgrade to a family room with no seating at all apart from the beds . We had breakfast included, and while we didn't have to wait several guest could not be seated in the small breakfast area and had to wait for a table to become vacant. The breakfast was not bad for the price paid , I felt sorry for the two staff members trying to co-ordinate breakfast and checkout at an extremely busy time of day. Overall if you want a bed for the night at a budget price it fits the description , but I wouldn't want to stay for several days.

So disappointed. Booked a specific accessible room for us and my brother who is in a wheelchair. Couldn't even get in the door with the wheelchair as the bed is right there and barely any room between wall and end of bed. Fortunately he has some very limited walking capacity with a walking frame but that wouldn't even fit past the bed. When we asked at reception the women didn't care and told us it was what was booked and they couldn't change it. Made for a tough night for everyone. Won't be staying again.

I've stayed at this hotel often and this was my best room. The bed and pillows were excellent and the shower was clean, with a working door and good water pressure. I'm always happy with check-in and check-out which is really helpful.

Imagine a prison cell or school camp dormitory if you went to a public school... No room for a phone! Still, perfectly ok for a short, sleep only stay.
