Terrible room which needs redoing. Cleaning NOT good. Room had awful ordor.

Front desk staff good. Always had to get new key card, since room door did not open. Very inconvenient. Manager said I would get refund. Have been calling her every week about refund. Have not gotten credit on my charge card. Do not stay at this place. It is not right to not refund my money. $ 900 is a lot of money. Do not pay upfront for extended stay. I paid for 59 days but had to leave after 42 days. I am sure my room was rented after I left. I will tell everyone about this place. This is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at. This location is in Casa Grande AZ

We were tired, this was a late find after driving from Wilcox, AZ. The wait in reception was Interminable. We got a 3rd floor room, no elevators. The location was right off a busy, noisy road. This place caters to all manner of laborers working in the area.

Great deal for a little overnight stay, with the kids. They have Apartment living for cheap. There’s studios and 1 bedroom and all include a kitchenette. We recommend. Everything was clean. The only con was they don’t have phones in the room nor elevators. Unfortunately I have a heart condition and was put on the third floor. Very difficult for me. But other than that great place.

My fiancee and I had just stayed there a few weeks ago, in Arizona. We arrived after hours from Cali and we checked in. The security guard just only checked us in and didnt give a crap about anything else. The staff there are friendly.. All the rooms are marked with the letters of the alphabet, ex: your room is 204 it would be K 204 but the problem is there is more then one k 204!!!! We asked for downstairs and got 2nd floor ughh. we are both disabled..The room was musty the stinge of smoke u could tell there was at one time smoking. The room was ok the bathroom was ok the toilet was so so small and u have to really squat down to go to bathroom which SUCKED!! made for midgets. There is no Breakfast at all. They do have Wi Fi it is a place to crash and nothing else. I guess it is long term people stay at these places long term also Both pools were being maintenaced also. Its close to restaurants and freeway access but other then that. It wasnt anything id wet my whilstle about.
