The room is good. I like the shower because the water flows so nicely and enough temperature. The wifi is not that strong in the room, so if you will be working in the room checking emails, it will take forever to receive it. I normally went to the restaurant to work. The breakfast used to be good, but now they used to be my favorites were no longer part of the breakfast.

Me and my fiancee are so happy to choose O hotel! They made us love Bacolod City! Not only the place and the rooms but as well the service from the restaurant is more significant. The staff are so accommodating and fast. They also have best kinilaw in town! Lot of friends say that pala-pala and aboys is the best but for me O hotel has prepared it better! The pizza is also nice! lots of Filipino dishes they served is very good. for us, each place that we staying it should make us fell at home and this place nailed it! We will totally come back next year with friends. Not to forget to mention Nicolai and all waiters at the resto for giving us great satisfaction and lastly they have an affordable rate! Simple the best !!!

I spent almost two weeks at OHotel. The service was excellent and the facilities were by far the best of any hotel I have frequented in the Philippines. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed and the room was very quiet. The staff were courteous and pleasant at every encounter. Room service was prompt and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The restaurant food was delicious! If staying at OHotel is not in your budget, you must visit the restaurant. I highly recommend the Bourbon Ribs!

My overall experience from checking in, staff's hospitality in handling my requests, clealiness of the room was excellent. I love their in house restaurant, choices of food & servers are helpful & attentive. The location of the hotel is so so to me but it's safe to stay & the downtown area & Bacolod plaza is within walking distance.

I was attending a Seminar and was looking for a hotel with wifi when I found this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the O Hotel in Bacolod City. I was totally impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff. The rooms were clean, and the food in the restaurant is excellent. The quality of the Continental breakfast buffet is really good with varieties-- you actually get fresh eggs--omelettes, or scrambled or boiled (healthy-meals) with a friendly smile. If you need transportation to the airport, they are available for a reasonable cost.
