From the moment i got there i felt comfortable. Great looking hotel and very comfortable. This hotel would fit in with a great hotel in the US. I got the suite for some extra space and, well the price was great. Pull out couch, table 4 chairs, microwave, fridge, tub and shower all very nice. Staff was very attentive. Housekeeping was very complete, and the food was great. Every morning we had the buffet, one included in the price of your room. After the 2nd day they new what i wanted to order from the egg and omlete station. Greeted me and even tried to seat me at the same table every morning!!! All and all the food was better at this hotel than most of the resteraunts in the area. Room service was fast and great. This was a great place to unwind and relaxe with my fiancee. Thanks for the relaxing week!!..

Very good spacious room, helpful friendly staff and nice food.Room service was very good.Really enjoyed boneless bangus. My aunt cousin and niece stayed with me one night at no extra cost. Checked out one night early and they refunded that night even though I was not expecting it . Can't recommend highly enough.

Sixteen members of the Guam Seniors Golf Association stayed at the "O" Hotel in Bacolod - the City of Smiles - from February 14th to Feb 22 while participating in the 63rd PAL Interclub Golf Tournament and found the "O" Hotel excellent in every respect! The rooms are large and clean with full amenities and excellent service from help with luggage to housekeeping to room service and wake up calls. The facilities within the hotel are also excellent with great dining facilities, complementary breakfast buffet, function rooms, smoking room, and free internet service just off the lobby. But the biggest "bravo" goes to the friendly and competent front desk staff who were always ready to go out of their way to help with anything and everything. All of this in a central location close to shopping malls and fruit stands for a totally reasonable price. The only downside to the "O" hotel I can think of might be the lack of a picturesque view due to its downtown location. Kudos also to Kristen at Truelight Travel and Tours for our excellent ground transportation services.

It was a two-night stay in O Hotel because my loved ones decided to visit Bacolod. The customer service of the staff was okay. Requests are granted right away and they even agreed to reheat some food for us.
The only thing that bothers me is when I saw an ad saying that O Hotel is fully renovated. Don't be fooled because it's not. We stayed at the 3rd floor of the hotel and the rooms don't really look renovated. The corridors yes, but not the rooms. The aircon is working but not quick enough to make the room cold, there were some chipped corners in the doors (I know this is trivial, but I'm a bit meticulous). There is an on-going construction at the 2nd floor so expect some knocking and construction sounds during the day.
The food is okay - but not outstanding. The room includes 1 buffet meal so if two are staying in the room, you have to pay additional for the other person. Food variety is okay but I feel it doesn't match all together. The spoon and fork given to us for the room service does not match (which is not a standard for a hotel, right).
Shuttle service is okay.
Wifi connection is okay.

I spent almost two weeks at OHotel. The service was excellent and the facilities were by far the best of any hotel I have frequented in the Philippines. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed and the room was very quiet. The staff were courteous and pleasant at every encounter. Room service was prompt and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The restaurant food was delicious! If staying at OHotel is not in your budget, you must visit the restaurant. I highly recommend the Bourbon Ribs!
