I'd surely stay in O Hotel again the next time ill be back in town. The staffs were very accommodating, the room is very clean and the food is great. Their pizza and fries are a must-try!

The main reason why I usually checks in to a hotel is to rest and sleep..I have been roaming around checking in to other hotels in the city and it gave me what I wanted...what I needed. I am not really particular with the set ups and food and etc..as long as I can sleep...that's all that matters. Here...I seemed to be sleeping well...I dont have to take a pill to sleep. Hahahah The only thing that makes the "O" Hotel different from others is the feeling of being "HOME." This feeling is being offered by those people around it...the waiters..thanks to Andy...thanks for the breakfast........the smiling faces of the front desk personnel...geez...cant help but to smile back.! This is the city of Smile and somehow, this hotel claims that banner for the city. Most of all, I do give credits to two people in the housekeeping area. Ronald...and Philip..your being nice...approachable...and friendly made a big difference in my stay. I don't see these kind of warm and "homey" hospitality from any other hotels. Room 419 is a great room to stay. It's quiet and restful...indeed my holy week has been a great experience! AM COMING BACK...AND I WILL COME BACK...

If you have kids or love to swim request a room with pool/patio right outside door. Front desk staff spoke English very well. My only disappointment was no free coffee for registered guest. For me it wasn’t a money issue just a customer service issue.

We were 4 it was a family vacation and our first time in Bacolod. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel for 3 nights. The room is spacious and clean, staffs are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is near at SM mall, historic church and a wet and dry market wherein we enjoyed buying cheap stuff, fruits and dried fish.

At first I didn't mind the few cockroaches I saw. I just wanted to kill them so my wife wouldn't get freaked out. The next day she tells me she saw some. So I go and kill those. Then later that night she and I had finally had it and decided to call the front desk.
They came up and offered to fumigate but I didn't want to smell the bug spray and asked to be moved to another room. They asked if we were sure we saw cockroaches. Right on cue 3 big roaches crawled up the bathroom door.
He then showed me another room where right in the middle of the room was an even bigger dead roach. Long story short the third room I was shown was ok. It was the last night for us to stay there so we just took it.
I did ask for one night to be comped due to the roaches and having to be moved late at night. Stayed there for 4 days. Dealt with roaches all 4 days.
I expected to be comped at least one day especially since the staff themselves saw the roaches. But no.
Just know you have been warned.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer about senior citizen rates, will be best to ask this directly to O Hotel
Hotel is 5 blocks away from SM. You can take a taxi which is never a problem to get. You can just ask anyone who works there and they are happy to help you. It is exactly 57 pesos which is less than a dollar and 50 cents.
