Our recent visit to Harold’s Evotel for a two-night stay with friends was a delightful experience that subtly exceeded our expectations. The hotel seamlessly blends professionalism with a personalized touch, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.
The reception staff is prompt to respond to any questions and needs. The cleanliness of the rooms at Harold’s Evotel was also noteworthy. It was evident that meticulous care is taken to maintain each room in pristine condition, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment that was much appreciated after a long day.
The view from my room was plrasing. This, combined with the prompt and courteous service of the housekeeping staff, contributed significantly to a restful and undisturbed stay.
A standout aspect of my experience at Harold’s Evotel was the exceptional service at the ground floor restaurant. The staff, including Modzna, Plisken, Angelica, Vilma, Niwle, Mj, and June, went above and beyond in their roles. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist made each breakfast an enjoyable experience. The variety of food options catered well to diverse palates and dietary preferences, and Modzna’s skill in preparing a delicious omelette with a creative presentation was particularly impressive.
In summary, my stay at Harold’s Evotel was characterized by professional service, immaculate rooms, and an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend Harold’s Evotel for its outstanding hospitality and personalized service.

A wonderful room and a very helpful and grateful staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! From the restaurant on the roof to breakfast downstairs. Everything was wonderful! I appreciate Plisken and Rodito were great. I may not have figured out breakfast without them!

Only stayed one night for a business trip but the hotel is great value for money. My room was large with a separate lounge area. The rooftop bar and restaurant is also excellent value and a nice change. I'm not sure that they need to "trade" off the similarity with Harrods in London, and the very similar font style and logo because this hotel is more than capable of standing on its own two feet without the need for this type of unnecessary association.

We stayed at Harolds and without a doubt, it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in (including some international properties). It was a month-long stay and every single day was a relaxing one.
The very first highlight of the hotel would be their staff. They provide quick assistance and they serve you all the time with a very cheerful attitude. Some of them we see working almost the entire day and they would still be able to assist you with a smile at the end of their shifts.
They have a wide range of breakfast items at the buffet. We appreciate that they would sometimes allow us to just take the dinner buffet instead of breakfast because we want to wake up late.
Their shuttle service to and from the mall is always on time. They also have a partnership with a spa so you can have your massage in your room. The room is very much spacious and at any time of the day, you can request for turn down service and room cleaning.
We highly recommend Harolds, even more than other luxury brands within the city...

Greetings!
We have a 24-hour front desk operation, hence, midnight check in is very possible. However, if you check in at midnight, check out should be at 12:00 noon on the same day. We can arrange transportation for you at midnight once you confirm your arrival. We allow visitors inside your room until 10:00PM only. Thank you.

I believe you can have a guest overnight ! My son stayed with me during my time at harolds and I never paid extra for him ! You will perhaps have to register your guests name at the front desk , just for security reasons .
