Booked the hotel for family vacation 4 kids all less than 5 years old. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beddings. Delicious food and excellent customer service. Buffet breakfast was a surprise. The swimming pool is very nice, and surprisingly, they use salt water.
The airport shuttle van driver is very nice to accommodate our request for a quick trip to a drugstore on the way to the airport. All the staff at Aseya Cafe are nice to set-up the food for is during dinner. The receptionists provided excellent service both during check in and check out. Highly recommended

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Good place to stay and hold events (During my stay, three weddings were held). Good food! Free use of hair dryer and Wifi! They provide slippers and dental kit. The pool looks pretty, but I don't think they clean it regularly. And they dont allow odorous fruits inside the hotel.

The pool area is very pleasant. We found the hotel quiet, there were no noisy guests when we were there. It is not well known by taxi drivers (but say it's next door to the Grand Regal and they're OK)

I love this hotel. Its like coming in to my grand parents house from the lobby to the garden and pool. The room is big, clean and has a nice view of the pool and the garden. They also provide the usual amenities, toothbrush, soap, shampoo and personal hygiene stuff. Also, coffee, tea and creamer and sugar. Water is unlimited, you just need to get it yourself from the Mineral dispenser, located on each floor.
They have a restaurant downstairs that caters to their Room Service but its not 24 hours. They served tasty food, affordable but its not that in big serving.
The hotel room boy are pleasant and attentive. The front desk has small nook so it can only accommodate two person at a time good thing the other front desk staff is attentive on other waiting guest and talk to them.
We love staying in this hotel, its quiet and clean and big. But mind you, this is like an old era house so there is no elevator, who have to walk the stairs to your room.
We will surely comeback to this hotel. The pool is a sight at night and its really a relaxing stay. It is also near the malls in the city so you can tire yourself roaming outside and come home to a relaxing site.
Btw, all photos you see they posted, it is picture perfect. What you see is what you get. No filter no lies. I love this place and for sure will stay here again next visit.
