I am so upset while staying in Kabayan Hotel.
I am a timeshare owner but I want to try another hotel.
It’s my first time to stay here so that I can experience what Kabayan Hotel is.
Upon check-in, the lady receptionist was nice. But it took more than 10 minutes to check-in, I don’t know why.
On the next day, we went to the restaurant for the complimentary breakfast. I was so annoyed of one of the waiters there. I asked him to give us water but he ignored me, unluckily he didn’t give us water until we finished our breakfast.
After our breakfast, I put the “PLEASE MAKE UP OUR ROOM” at the door knob, and we went outside to explore the place but when I arrived at 8:30pm, my room is not yet clean. So I called the reception then the male receptionist answered me to put my room in a priority for the next day.
On the third day, we went to breakfast again. The waiters didn’t entertain us. We stayed there for almost 20 minutes until one of the waiters entertain us.
After our breakfast, same scenario. I put the “PLEASE MAKE UP OUR ROOM” again at the door knob but still nothing happen, same thing, nobody’s clean up the room. So, angrily, I went down to the reception and I talked to the male receptionist angrily around 8:36pm. He said that he will call the housekeeping and tell them to clean up my room but luckily the housekeeping went to my room at 10:05pm. I was not in the mood, I only asked him to replace the towel, and give me water because on the second night they didn’t give me complimentary water.
I observed the male receptionist are not friendly, and not even smiling.
I will not stay there again.
