The experience was great! Rooms are very new and clean. The room amenities are also in good condition. The only thing i observed is that there are no free bottled water and TV has no cable. I hope the management will keep the cleanliness of this place. Keep it up!

LOCATION

Nest Nano Suites is located very near good restaurants, high-class hotels, malls, and nightlife. A stone throw away to different Churches and convenience stores.

SWIVEL TV

The television can be, yes - swiveled for better viewing when on the bed, with attached ABS-CBN TV PLUS, and you can also bring your own loaded Flash Drive you can plug in the television if you want to watch movies or series.

BATHROOM

Good water pressure in the shower and sink, but the size of the bathroom was "meh". It would fit a regular sized Filipino, but I doubt it would fit foreigners, for some are bigger than most Filipinos.

AC UNIT

My room had a boxed type AC unit, and I didn't have issues operating it. The unit cooled the room after a good 30 minutes and didn't make any noise. So that's very good.

BED

The bed was just a regular mattress, but I slept fine. The pillows were the regular type, but comfortable enough.

COMMUNICATION

I contacted the hotel twice to confirm my booking and that I'll be arriving late, both of which I didn't get any response. I'll include screenshots of my communication on this review.

AMENITIES

No toothbrush, hand soap, toothpaste, coffee or tea. Just a bare room with TV, AC, Unreliable Wi-Fi connection, Mini Fridge (that's empty), I even had to ask the front desk if the bottled waters in the fridge by the reception are complimentary before they said "yes sir, you can get two bottles" - front desk staff on the day I checked in (March 30) didn't care much about customer service.

RESERVATION SYSTEM

I booked my room through Agoda, and upon check-in, the guy at the front desk told me that their system didn't reflect my reservation, nor received any of my communication (Agoda Chat and Phone SMS) but the good thing is, they still gave me a room after showing them my email and Agoda app which clearly showed my confirmed booking.

NO EXTRA MILE

I asked the front desk for an extra room key because I wanted to leave the room with the AC on (air circulation) for a few minutes since the room smelled like paint and vinyl, but the front desk declined and O had to bear the stink for an hour before the circulation took effect. I even had to open the bathroom door to have the exhaust fan also do the work.

WI-FI

They offer complimentary Wifi access and gave me a sheet of paper with voucher codes so I could gain access for the duration of my stay. I got excited because on the sheet of paper it quoted a speed of 200MBPS. Lie. The actual speed was 1.8MBPS for Download and 2.5MBPS for Upload.

SECURITY GUARD

Day 1: The security guard on duty the duration of my stay was very good. He was very good at sitting down and using his mobile phone while people just enter and exit the building. No greetings, no smile, just a blank stare when he sees you and reverts back to using his phone.

Day 2: There was no one at the hotel entrance. No security guard, no hotel staff. The front desk woman manning the desk was also always not available, she kept on going inside the kitchen for some reason, leaving guests at the reception area waiting for a long time.

BREAKFAST AT MAVENS CAFE

Probably one of the saddest breakfasts I've ever had. Why? There are only THREE food containers, with NOTHING in them. What do I mean? It was literally a waiting game for everyone wanting to have breakfast because their kitchen couldn't cook enough to keep up with the influx of hotel guests. People started complaining about the slow service, lack of drinking water, there's also no coffee, no drinking glass, no bread, but there was soup! At least there's something - lol. Unbelievable. They were severely understaffed. I hope they upgrade their kitchen very soon.

Overall a Very Unsatisfactory experience as a first time guest at Nest Nano Suites. I will never recommend this place to anyone or make this one of your last options.

We are happy to know that you liked our amenities as we very much value your stay with us. Yes, guests may use either a HDMI connector or their USB to screen movies on our TV. We feature hotel standard 12-inch spring mattresses and micro fibre pillows to make sure our guests would have a restful stay. We call our rooms nano suites, 12-sqm well appointed rooms with kitchenette. Space is limited but comfortable and basics provided perfect even for long-staying guests. Our guests may request for a room with a bigger bathroom, we would gladly arrange this move. We are disappointed that your stay didn't go as you expected. PROS:

CONS:
- Fraudulent behavior with booking order & deposite on reception.
The hotel uses a FRAUDULENT scheme: they have registered two accounts on booking.com (as cheaper RedDoorz hotel, and expensive Nest Nano Suites hotel) and after guest's arriving the reception staff are trying to replace RedDoorz booking order with Nest. Unlike RedDoorz the Nest's terms assumes a DEPOSITE & other conditions with additional expences from guests. So we got such bad experience with this hotel. Just within a 10 minutes we had catched the lie of reception staff a multiple times:
1 - Firstly, they tried to force us to fill & sign the Nest form, not RedDoorz. It's scamming.
2 - Secondly, they tried to push us with deposite, which is not required for RedDoorz terms. It's cheating.
3 - Thirdly, they tried to cheat us showing a Nest terms as RedDoorz terms on their computer. It's fishing.
4 - And finaly, they tried to blaim the booking.com after then theirs lie was catched. It's another cheating.
Be careful with this hotel(s).

Newly built hotel with a modern look but full of contradictions not the least are the thin flimsy windows which easily let in "random noises" such as a dog barking, a car honking, etc... There are also too many noises from other guests as the tiny suites are crammed together and, unfortunately during my stay, there were filipino families with kids and needless to describe the noise in the tiny hallways. Only try to reconcile a major investment in a modern hotel with "thin flimsy windows"! A modern flat screen TV but NO Cable (not a single international channel that a foreign guest can watch!). Also, imagine an ultra comfortable bed (likely an expensive one) BUT not a single electric switch within reach. A microwave but not a single plate or cutlery to be found (not even a simple knife), not a single glass, only two cups for coffee! All in all, if you're not too bothered by these shortcomings than location is good (for Makati and P. Burgos), Wifi is very satisfactory and be warned also that "free breakfast" is a PRANK! (weak coffee and think toast; a trick to get you to their restaurant and order a la carte their unappetizing meals).

Last June 10 was my 3rd time staying in Nano Suites. So much has changed. Receptionists were not as friendly as they were during my first 2 stays. So many small coackroaches in the room, I had so many rashes even before check out when I didn't have them prior to check in.

Value for money, YES! I got a good deal from Reddoorz but given the details PRESENTED above, I guess other nearby hotel that are just as inexpensive as Nano can give more comfortable stay.
