Property is very beautiful and rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We had very nice room which has direct access to the pool staffs are very professional and friendly special thanks to Tharakka from reception for his excellent service. We will see u again ❤️❤️❤️
We stayed for couple of days as family. At start the check-in took forever and when we we were allotted the rooms and took the luggage the rooms were not as promised because of small children we had requested for ground floor and were assured of these rooms at reception. We were then allotted ground floor rooms later and had to move luggage again with help of porter "AKO".
We had taken all-inclusive and beverage package could have been better which was very basic.
The head chef Durgi was exceptional and customer centric.
On the last day we had a incident in the bathroom where the false ceiling tile fell-off and my wife had a injury on the shoulder and inspite of repeated calls the reception took forever to send the firstaid kit or the resort staff to the room. The first-aid kit was also incomplete were items were missing.
We complained to the duty manager "Aqil" who visited the room and inspected with maintenance people.
We later met "Durgi" the head chef and shared the incident who informed "Rex" the restaurant manager who volunteered to do the dressing.
He ensured again that the maintenance people visited and offered change of room through "Aqil" which was too late in the night to do since we were checking out the next morning.
The property is bit old and maintenance needs to be done especially the bathroom ceiling tiles. Reaction of injury incidents is also very poor which was very un-professional.
People like Durgi and Rex and Aqil are customer centric.
However I will think twice before coming back.
We were not expecting so much after we made our booking. All that we care about is being able to get a very good of having an all-inclusive stay in BM. Our perspective changed the moment we checked it! Hats of to Vienna who was so friendly and accommodating. Room was not yet ready (we just arrived early!) but Vienna made sure that we can start enjoying our stay by having drinks and lunch. There is nothing fancy in BM. There is simply that positive vibe which made our stay so refreshing and relaxing. Thank you to all staff! We can't wait for our next visit!

The service was very bad the curtains in our room came off and I must have called the house keeping like six times but no one came to fix it
The water in the shower has its own moods
It will flow and then suddenly in the middle stops
The restaurant where they offer the breakfast buffet feels like a concentration camp it’s so cramped and the food is stale the pancakes are like eating rubber
The wifi they mention that it works every where but it does nit work in majority of the places in the resort
You are better of paying slightly more and going to a resort which offers much better service and facilities
I cannot believe that this is supposed to be a vacation!! Long check in, overcrowded lunch, horrible rooms!! No social distancing and no fun to be had here. Management did eventually give us a room fit for purpose-and room service ( after we literally got in the car to leave ) but NEVER come here if you value your free time! All inclusive drinks were ok, but you walk miles to your terrible room, then sit on a sub standard beach!! Queues for everything, absolutely CR**P.......fuming......
