This is a very run down hotel. The location is within a 15 mins walk to the cotton castle. There is absolutely nothing to do in Pamukale in the night. So there is no point staying in Pamukale for the night. It s better to visit the cotton castle and leave Pamukale unless you need a rest after a long drive.

The room is small and the layout is not functional. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom looked like they are going to fall off anytime.

The breakfast is very forgettable too. There is also a very foul sheep poop smell outside the hotel as there is a family opposite the hotel keeping many sheep.

There are probably other hotels with better value than this.

A great Rough guide listing. Absolutely the best hotel of the trip, good sized room with balcony, Lovely mineral water pool. All the food has been good to brilliant Turkish version of spaghetti bolognese at lunch time and then meza and chicken casserole in the evening but the breakfast is a feast . Self service cereal yoghurt fruit, 'full turkish! 'plus coldmeats, bread jam, honey and cakes coffee tea fruit juice.

Stayed here for two nights. Close to the travertines but taxi. Could see the travertines and hot air balloons from the hotel balcony. Excellent breakfast spread, loads of options for vegetarians. Spacious and clean rooms. Had to pay in cash for the room rent. Helpful hosts.
Drawback- Our room was on the third floor with no elevators.

The pamukkale town is very small and this hotel is perfect for the visit to the famous cotton castles. That is the only interesting thing in that area but totally worth.
Room, balcony, swimming pool, the staff and the food are all very good except for the bathroom which is atrociously small and smelly. Hope they do something about that.
All in all excellent stay.

Great hotel and amazing service! We arrived very early (6:30 am) to pamukkale, and were not sure if the front desk would be open and if we would be able to drop our bags there. After communicating with them the opened the gate just so we could drop our bags and organize ourselves for a day of visiting.

The hotel is in a good location about 15min walk from the "Cotton Castle", and has a great restaurant and a nice pool, which was more than welcome after a day of visits.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and had a view of the Cotton Castle.

Overall great stay!

Hi Anand. You will not be able to check-in at 7am if Mehmet is not around. He normally comes in around 8am. If there are rooms available, you can check-in when Mehmet arrives otherwise you will have to wait for a guest to check-out, cleaning and then you can check-in which there is no guarantee a time. You however, can get changed and refresh at a bathroom and leave your luggage at the hotel and visit the traventines or explore the village area. That was what we did during our visit. Or you can relax and have breakfast at the hotel at a rate. For booking, you can book directly with the hotel through their website and they will give you a confirmation email on your booking. Regarding early check-out, we did not experience that but you can just email Mehmet through their website. Hope that helps
