Good stay with a good price. Everything was clean and organized. We felt very comfortable and the staff are friendly. The room was spacious and the view was amazing, you can see all the shore of kusadasi, from the castle to the marina in the other side, great view. The breakfast was also very good. The only drawback is that the walls felt thin as you can hear other rooms.

We booked for 2N. Upon check-in to the room, we found the standard room was too small. The hotel was fully booked and we were too tired from travelling that night.

It was better after we changed to a deluxe seaview room the next day. There was more space and the seaview was excellent. However, the room was not very fresh smelling. We confirmed with the reception that it was a non-smoking room. Despite that, we noted there was an ashtray in the room.

Breakfast at the rooftop was average. The breakfast staff does not speak English. There was no ordering of freshly cooked eggs, just the open buffet.

Location wise, the hotel is located just across the promenade, with many restaurants nearby. Our fave was Mado for their desserts. The shopping area near the marina is about 15mins walk away.

Reception staff spoke English and was helpful. Kettle and shower cap was provided upon request.

Not happy the place is awful. I come for a relaxing time with my children to have to clean the room and pay for food out constantly because the food is appalling! Don’t listen to the reviews on here the place is terrible children are always bored there is stains all over the bedding the hotel has a very damp smell.. I would rather stay in a hostel in England than this place and that is saying something

This hotel is strongly recommended due its perfect location and amazing views on Kusadasi. Room service was okey, service was nice, staff some friendly some not. Room was comfy. The hotel needs a little bit of renovation.

I don't know about the availability of 3 person rooms, suggest you contact the hotel direct. Double rooms are not large enough for a 3rd person. Re airport transfer - I suggest you catch the train from Izmir airport to Selcuk (Ephesus), which is only 20km from Kusadasi. You can get a dolmus or a taxi for this short distance.
