We were a team of 17 and we really enjoyed the 6 acre premises to the fullest.

We were a large team of 70 looking for a day outing and had a choice between a star rated fancy beach resort and a natural farm house. The vote went for the farm house. We were just given a single advice - carry an extra pair of dress.

We spent 7 hours at this gem of a place and left wondering how many of us can make such a difference to nature and to ourselves.

The owner couple has transformed 6 acres of land to a semi forest. Lush with 200+ species of plants and trees. Many trees had fruits and we could pluck and have them.

There is a natural pond, looking unwelcome to people accustomed to chlorinated water in a swimming pool. But for us, it was such a wow moment. Spent hours playing water volley. And two days later none of us had any problems due to the water. In fact a chlorinated swimming pool would give skin rash for many. Kudos.

Then there is the mud volley ball, kabaddi court. You have ankle deep water and under it is pure clay. You can get mud all over you without anyone frowning.

Food was home made. We had buttermilk and raw mango sprinkled with red chilli as refreshments. Lunch was good as well.

A big congrats to the owners who keep a close eye on your needs. Absolutely passion driven venture.

Let me go and plant a tree.

If you are fed up of the monotonous resort based team outings, Green Tsavorite is a breath of fresh air. Its eco-friendly atmosphere, the flora, pond, courteous staff and homely food will surely be more than satisfying. The treasure hunt, outdoor games, kayaking and the water polo in the pool, playing in the mud and relaxing under the shades with a sip of the lime/buttermilk that they provide is something that you will enjoy with a bunch of friends. Kudos to the owner and staff. Will visit again.

I am really surprised to see such a place near Trivandrum. It's very unique and beautifully maintained. This is the right place for nature lovers, groups and groups with family and kids. There are so many activities you can do within this property and best one is natural swimming pool :)

Overall property is very well maintained and food was very nice as well. We enjoyed really well and thanks to Sudeep and Smitha you both are such a wonderful host!!

Note to visitors : if you are looking for a hi-fi resort like accommodation then this is not the right place for you.

Suggestion: It would be nice to have a back up for power. I would suggest some solar panels.

Thanks

Had been on the lookout for time out of the city for Kids (& Family). Checked in the morn about 9:00 am and did not know time wind by...a great unwinding for us.

Superb Natural Pool ... the ones we've heard in the tales of bygone told by grandparents.. unlike the tiled concrete pools of today this offers a perfect natural pool, excellent smooth curvaceous outline (unlike strait jacketed pools) with serene settings.... naturally clean water.

The vegetation at the farm was excellent .. neat and planned .. well laid out. Could intro kids to a host of plants and trees .... a real education for the city bred. Variety of fruit bearing trees - a really eye - opener for kids. Well planned and structured giving a slice of various aspects of a farm and rural beauty. Pool / waterways / kayaking / trees / open grasslands / Fishing / Fowls / cattle. Excitement and amusement brimming KIds had first hand experience at the farm poultry and livestock. Landscaping is natural slope with excellent pathways and natural flora.

The Farm house is delectable and tastefully laid out with a couple of rooms.Clean and elegant. Amenities are Basic though. Quiet. Welcome escape from the multitude of channels in TV. Dining facility and the natural open engaged with nature experience was Great . Good Wholesome Food - Local cuisine - no fancy bombastic spread -appetising, good and quality stuff.

Understand that the place offers some adventure too with prior intimation - must try during next visit

Very aesthetically designed and executed with care for nature . Overall a very pleasant experience, understated but scrumptious and tasteful, a Good shot of Dopamine for the neurons.... leaves you wanting more.
