I stayed at this hotel the first week of September, and I knew upon arrival that there would be some amenity changes due to Covid-19. This was expected and understood. I requested a queen suite but when My boyfriend and I arrived to the room, it was a double bed suite. This was disappointing and not very romantic, and when I called the front desk, the attendant said he would leave a note for management and we were fine with that. The next day, when we returned to our room, I found that housekeeping did not come. I went to the front desk and the attendant told me that we would need to schedule housekeeping to come because they were short staffed (which is definitely not something you should say to guests) if we wanted the room made and new towels. What?! Shouldn’t that be something they tell you at arrival, or at some point during your stay??? At least we had double beds, so we slept on the other bed the following night. Our room was not changed, or even addressed, because neither attendant spoke to management like they had said they would. In the end, the hotel itself was clean and maintained its purpose, but the staff made this experience poor and overall disappointing because they did not do all they could to enhance the guest experience.

Super fast and friendly check in. Balcony rooms are great. Plenty of outdoor areas to sit and relax. Nice walking trails behind hotel to river. Room and hotel were both very clean. Overall great stay!

They lock all of the outside doors so you cannot get in; even with your room key. The only entrance is the main entrance where there is no parking at all. They stated it was required because of COVID and security. There's no room service; most amenities are unavailable; and there's not much close by. You'd be better off staying in Boston and commuting for the price.

We do ask guests to enter the building through the main entrance for safety and security of all as we reduced associated in the building We how with increased occupancy this will change in the coming months. My stay at the Courtyard Boston-Andover property was my second visit to this property within the last year. Before arrival, I requested early check in through the Bonvoy app- I was quickly greeted by the General Manager in the chat and he confirmed both my early check in as well as having an available microwave for our room.

The room was clean and sanitized, as expected. There was no food service options on site due to COVID, but there was Starbucks coffee provided throughout the day because of the removal of the coffee machines in-room.

All of the staff here are friendly and accommodating, however, Mary really went out of her way to answer all of our questions, provide guidance and was extremely friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated her kind spirit during our stay.

One recommendation- With mask regulations in place it would have been helpful to have a sticker inside the room door, reminding guests to put their masks on. Beyond the lobby, there were not many visual cues for social distancing or mask wearing.

Kids liked the pool, room was clean, good service.. Ask for 2 rooms with 2 cribs and they were there when we check in. Location is just off Highway and not far from Lowel for dining . Confortable beds .
