Write a reviewwe were a bunch of students on a budget... we went looking for a hotel where we could stay that wouldnt cost us alot. we found turtle inn and that's where our boracay journey began :) the service was great, someone from the inn picked us up from the airport, carried our bags and when we got to the inn we were given welcome drinks.. at first i was wary of the place cuz i honestly thought it was way too cheap.. but when we got to our room it was excellent. it was clean, simple, and the sheets were heaven, the bathroom was spacious but a lil bit shocking cuz it sported a sort of see through look. there were only a few guests there i think and we were lucky enough to have neighbors that werent too rowdy haha :) the only thing you gotta be ready for is the stairs hahah especially when you want a big room. big rooms are at the top floors or about 3 floors up.. whew.. the place in general is great but like i said we were students who werent afraid of anything cuz we always travelled in pairs or groups so the place wasnt scary at all though there were dark spots here and there. troy and ate jenny were both great, generous in advice and cared enough to remind us about safety procedures just in case we got way too wasted. we'll be back as soon as we earn enough money to get our [-] back in boracay :)

When I was browsing the net for a place to stay I came upon trip advisory and saw a long long list of hotels with good deals etc. It wasn't an easy task looking for the right place, so I started from a 10 hotel list cutting it down, one by one basing it on the reviews. Turtle inn came up as our top pick.
The price at Turtle inn was absolutely affordable, we even got a discount from Jeny on our 3rd night stay, originally we were only supposed to stay for 2 nights. Upon arriving at Caticlan, Louie was already waiting for me and my partner with a big smile on his face. So the exhaustion from the long trip from Kalibo airport was instanly washed away. He assisted us all the way to the hotel. Upon arriving at the resort, we were welcomed by the manager Jeny and the Owner, Troy himself. We were served our welcome drinks by Frank. This made us instantly feel at home. After the welcome drinks, we were escorted to our room and this was definitely more than what we expected for the price that we paid. The room was very clean, the sheets to the bathroom, it was really pretty, it made you feel like you were staying at a 3 or even 5 star hotel minus the expense of course.
Every morning when we woke up, 2 cups, coffee and hot water was waiting for us at the balcony, and there was always someone available to get your breakfast prepared when you wake up. You don't even need to run down to get it yourself. Plus the rooms were cleaned every morning so when you come back after a long day at the beach, you can just take a hot shower and hit the sack.
On our last night, we went down to the bar to get the famous turtle drinks and shots. It was really refreshing, after the whole morning and afternoon by the beach. With our ever attentive bartender Frank, we had glass after glass of Turtle drinks, and Troy and Jeny was there to attend to us as usual, it was a great night of conversation and we met really nice people too. After the drinks at the bar, we were brought to Cocomangas by Louie. We definitely had a great time and felt bad that we had to leave the next day.
To sum everything up, Turtle Inn was excellent in every aspect. Cleanliness, Staff, Price, Location (the beach was just 1-2 minutes away from Turtle inn, which makes it a great spot if you want a quiet place to stay. There were a lot of places beach front but that would give you plenty of noise too). It was a perfect holiday. Too bad we had to go back to work so soon...can't wait for my next trip. Next time it will still be Turtle Inn.

We choose the turtle inn because of an special discount and so we pay only 37€/night.
The service is very nice and helpfully but the room smells a little bit "moist" (stale / stuffy air) and so we are happy that we can leave the next day.
The hotel is pretty and it is in an very silent areal from Boracay located (near station 3).

We stayed in turtle Inn for 7 days and we really had a blast!! The staff are on call 24 / 7 so you won't have any problem when u want to have room service like bringing food or cleaning the room..we used to stay in patio and talked, that sometimes the Owner troy joined us. He's a funny and interesting guy. He knows so much about the Island and he offer us help to go around uuhmmn can't utter no words but thanks a lot it was a perfect!!

The resort was quite hidden, which we needed to ask locals a few times for direction (after being dropped from the tricycle). Nevertheless, it was a quiet environment, just couple of minutes away from the beach. The resort itself is not big, but good looking with the stairs leading to different floors and terraces. Each room has its own terrace with table and chairs (~your entrance to the room), where you could enjoy your breakfast in the morning. The room itself is standard with minimal amenities.
One extra 'star' goes for their service and hospitality. They friendly welcomed us with a welcome drink, brought the breakfast up to our terrace, did the cleaning, had casual chat and even get the tricycle when we checked out. Thumbs up.
