My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Jony's. The rooms were clean, the food was good. The beach was just across the street where the restaurant and bar were located. They provided lounge chairs and towels and we relaxed by the most beautiful turquoise waters you could ever imagine. Everything we wanted to do was a short walk away, and the staff at Jony's was happy to arrange anything you wanted to do. We went swimming, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. In the evenings we walked along the beachfront shops and restaurants, choosing what looked interesting each night. And every night we would walk back to our clean, comfortable room along the water's edge, under the moon and the stars. It was not hard to find romance under those conditions. We were engaged by the time we left. The staff at Jonys were so very nice to us. They were helpful in every way and seemed to take a personal interest in us. they even called us by name after a couple days. I can't wait to go back to Boracay and to Jony's. It will be like visiting friends who happen to live in paradise!

We were really impressed with Jony's facilities. It is comparable to north American hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the 2 balconies of the room give impeccable views of the ocean.
What drove it home for me was their first class service to their clients. My husband and I booked a helmet diving activity and unfortunately I had an asthma/anxiety attack at sea. The nice men helped my husband to carry me back to our hotel. When the people from the front desk heard this, they opened an unoccupied room from the first floor to accommodate me during this time. They were so concerned that they told us we could stay there for as long as I needed. I recovered after an hour but everyone from that hotel would ask me how I felt for the duration of the trip. Just showed how much they care for their guests.

Finally we get the time to write down our thaughts on our stay at Jony’s in Boracay. My Wife and I stayed at Jony’s Beach Resort in Boracay from 18.Aug.08 – 29.Aug.08. We enjoyed from beginning to the end every minute of this beautiful Place. Especially of the hospitality of the place we stayed at. Ging Thanks again for your sweet way of making our stay so special. We even got the chance to be models for their Resort pictures, just click our Pictures to see the Results. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have the best part of the beach in Boracay it really is and it is so much near the ocean, that it does not bother you that there is no pool, we never missed a pool, as we could jump into the Ocean!! The staff is so nice and helps you in every situation. The restaurant where you get your breakfast (you have a choice between American, continental or philipino breakfast) belongs to the hotel and the staff there is also so friendly. Greetings to all of the friendly statf at Jonys!! Right there is the special Staff for your outings in this part of the island, such as island hopping, snorkeling tour, diving tour, fishing tour, atv, etc. is your man to contact. You will find him right near jony’s restaurant. We will definitely go there again and Relax from our hectic European lives… Imagine a safe, clean and big room with balcony, tub etc.. and when you look out of the balcony you can see the water (crystal clear blue/green and white sand (soft and soooo cool). There is a city centre on the island there are all the restaurants, shops and massage places. We went to a place where the Masseuses are waiting to get clients on the beach and when you get your full body massage you can hear the water.. it is so relaxing. There are also Places inside a Parlour, they are more expensive but we would still recommend the place we went to. We even ordered Pizza , yes this is also possible, and recommendable try the yellowcab pizza its big and yummy. The Mexican food of Jonys is also good and you don’t even need to go to the main centre of the island as the restaurant is just part of your hotel. The Beach at Jonys is the best Beach part of Boracay with white sand and crystal clear water. Beside the hotel there is a shake bar, which is supposed to be the best on the island, but we preferred the mango shakes from Jonys, big and really tasty.. It was the first time for us in Boracay and we absolutely LOVED Jony's Beach Resort! The rooms are big and clean, the food is very tasty and beautifully presented, the fruit shakes are SO good, the beach is amazing and the service is better than you'd imagine. They organise transport to and from the airport. If leaving early they'll make you lunch to go.
The location was perfect for us. It's a quiet place to relax at the beach but still only a 3min walk away from the little "town" where you can party, buy souvenirs or just have a nice meal and some drinks.
There are also loads of activities to try like scuba diving, parasailing, jetski, sailing etc.
We absolutely loved it there and would definitely come back!!!!

We stayed at Jony's for three nights, three nights and four days that they made very convenient and comfortable for me and my wife, I realized we've never been pampered that much in any hotel, pension house, B&B or hostel we've been to.
Our flight to Caticlan was cancelled due to heavy rain and we were alternatively transferred on a flight to Kalibo. Since I requested Jony's to make airport transfer arrangement for us, I had to call them to inform them of the diverted flight. However the diverted flight to Kalibo also arrived late due to congestion at NAIA and we reached Aklan around 1.5 hours later than schedule, at 8:15 PM.
Jony's staff were in constant communication with us regarding the transfer and since our flight schedule went haywire, they also made adjustments to our transfers. It was a big relief to have them on the phone after all the exhaustion caused by the flight inconveniences. First plus point!
They had welcome drinks upon arrival and their receptionist and bellman that night had very comforting smiles to welcome us. Second plus point!
I was surprised by the size and features of the room I booked. We weren't really expecting something of luxury, but all the standard features and necessities are there: a spacious room, a digital safe, mini bar with water and sodas, complementary bottled water and coffee, electric kettle, toiletries, hot and cold shower etc. Breakfast is also free on their restaurant across the street to the beach front.
Their housekeeping staff are also commendable. I had to leave my laptop and DSLR in the room for the day as we went diving(I just needed our GoPro), requested to have the room cleaned and voila, nothing was missing (not that I was expecting something to get stolen). But aside from the honesty, they also willingly replaced our sheets upon request due to some moths that found their way to the pillows and sheets. They then sprayed insectiside while we were out for dinner. Third plus point!
Their staff make up most of the positive comments that I've mentioned here. They are very nice and courteous, ever smiling and greeting you whenever you come across them.
Now for the not so nice:
There's only one: The toilet has this subtle stench that doesn't go away. Perhaps it's a leak from somewhere and I told the staff about it upon checkout and they said maintenance will look at it and fix it right away.
