The hotel has a nice ambience and the rooms are big for just 2 people to stay. They were strict on the number of people staying in the room which i think was no good specially if there's 2 big bed because in most hotel they allowed 4 persons with that size of room and bed and they always checked how many people are staying which i find annoying. The bathroom was one of the problem, any one can have an accident there because the bath tub was slippery and room was a little bit smelly.

Dear Dhalie, Our room rates are for single/double occupancy. Extra person is charged and we allow a maximum of four people in a de-luxe room. Bathmat and rubber stopper are provided in the bath room fro safety reasons. I will check on this one. Thank you for letting us know your comments. Sincerely, Arie S. Sena Hotel Manager

I booked a 4/d 3/n stay in this hotel, picturing something like Fairways & Bluewater where we can stay in the property for days because leaving the hotel would take your time and patience. There is only one pool so you can’t have “pool hopping” activity. The website and pictures are deceiving- there is no kiddie or playroom and it’s quite strange for a big hotel not to have a fitness area. The restaurant serves ordinary food- it’s like I am eating cardboard with a horrible taste. That time I was really exhausted, so as long as everything was edible, I devoured it.

As for the poor service, I had to call and request for the housekeeping to add toiletries, slippers and freebies like bottled water, coffee and tea.

It’s not comfortable in the loft room. There was no television and everything in the loft suite is outdated and it needs a total makeover.

I used my lte all the time because their wifi connection was useless.

The only thing i liked was the friendly receptionist (Maricel) and the pool attendants.

I would NEVER go back here. Don’t waste your money here. If you don’t want to stay in the beachfront along White Beach. stay in Fairways instead.

travelled w my wife and 3 young children... stayed in a loft room w/c was quite roomy and had a great view of the golf course and the beach....staff were i think a liitle overwhelmed by the number of guest but i could tell they were trying their best..
4th time in Boracay for us , and the change of pace and scenery in the mountains was pleasant for us... there are scheduled trips to the White beach every 1 1/2 hour or so.. which was good...the room ,the pool, the grounds are excellent...
however breakfast choices are quite limited... beach towels also quite limited in number... however other than that we have no major complaints... Kudos to the manager Ari and his staff at then front desk who were working their butts outs...

Further up the island some 20 kilometers, more or less, from the jetty terminal is a plush resort located at an elevated property with a breath-taking view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. It may be far from where the action is but their hourly shuttle service until the wee hours of the morning can fill the void on the distance constraints. We were billeted at a Studio Suite with two queen size beds which can readily accommodate four adults. Equipped with the amenities of modern living, it boasts of having an IDD & NDD telephone unit, cable TV, mini bar, air-conditioning unit, marble bathrooms and a balcony offering a view of the greeneries of the island. If the body and physical condition can hurdle a hilly walk, going to their restaurant would entail a sort of an exercise.

They feed their guests with buffet of delectable food catering to various nationalities who are frequent visitors of this resort. I can’t complain with the food they serve but I would have expected more lavish choices if I were to pick my own. Neither can I complain with the staff who are all courteous and helpful. There’s so much more to be desired but when you’re in Boracay, places of accommodation are just not your utmost priority because you want to go out, stroll the beach, party at nights or simply have fun with people. However, if you want to swim by the pool, there is an infinity pool where you can relax and do a little of warming up. You can also arrange a trip, free of charge, to Puka Beach if you want to bathe in isolation in a private beach where only guests from selected hotels and resorts are allowed to use or frolic the place. This place is a hideaway far from the maddening crowd of Boracay and one can easily love this place while enjoying the ubiquities of the island.
