If you’re looking for a place with the most excellent customer service, great facilities and good food then this hotel is the one you should stay at. Their breakfast buffet has a great spread of international and filipino dishes with a twist like ube taho. By the pool they hand out free ice cream and popcorn even a free foot massage once in a while. At the beachfront of the hotel there is a beach staff who will assist in giving you beach mats and towels and even look out for your stuff while swimming at the beach. The rooms at coast are nicely equipped, beautifully furnished and bright because of the floor to ceiling windows and upon going out of the door you’ll have a view of the pool by the terrace. We were there for our pre-wedding vacation and they made our vacation a memorable one. We first stayed at one of their partner hotel blue marina for 2 nights and on the third night upon finding out we were there for our wedding preparations they gave us a free upgrade. From the first day to the last day everyone was very friendly and helpful I even got sick on of the days and they sent out a basket with bananas, gatorade, vitamins and a sweet note wishing me to get well soon. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Special thanks to Randy, the General Manager who even met us and congratulated us, Petina, Marimar, Jacque, Sharmen, Bryan and Joel! Keep it up. Cheers!

We stayed here for 4 nights and this hotel is amazing. This hotel is so clean, has comfortable beds, and all of the staff were amazing and so friendly which really makes this hotel special - especially Ben. He was one of the most helpful staff members we have ever had the pleasure to meet, and is so attentive. The only reason this hotel doesn’t get 5 stars from us is that the air conditioning unit in the room is so loud, and doesn’t have a quiet or ‘sleep’ mode. So you can either have this sounding like a small hurricane all night (it is extremely noisy) or you would bake with it turned off. So we chose to sleep with it on with ear plugs in. I would also suggest requesting a room that doesn’t have an interconnecting door, as we could hear the guests next door talking and coughing all day and night. The rooms are also extremely light due to the lighting outside that comes through the windows, which may affect your sleep if you can only sleep in dark rooms (this is not an issue for me). They offer complimentary ice cream and popcorn (self serve) by the pool from 10-5 which is a great touch. And you can also purchase a foot massage by the pool for a good price. Breakfast was good and had enough gluten free options - I requested an omelette most mornings, and went for boiled eggs the other mornings. If lighting and sound don’t affect your sleep, I would 100% recommend this hotel.

A few weeks ago, Jaey, Ray and I went to one of the best tourist destination in the Philippines, the Island Boracay. Boracay is a small island located in the Western Visayas Region of the Philippines. The island is known for its emerald-colored shore, fine and white sand with luscious pine trees that line up along with hotels and bars near at the shoreline.
Our team stayed at Coast Boracay for three (3) days. Coast Boracay is located on the Beach Front of Station Two (2), Boracay Island, Philippines. Coast opened their doors to their guests around April of 2016. Amidst being new in the island, Coast Boracay is TripAdvisor’s “Number 1 Resort in Boracay Island.”
WHY STAY IN COAST BORACAY?
· Hassle Free Transfer
We received the warmest greetings from the crew of Coast upon arriving at the airport. They assisted us with our belongings, made us feel comfortable and ensure that our trip from the airport to the island will be worry free.
We rode a van going to the port and from the port, we rode a speedboat. Travel time from the airport to the port is less than thirty minutes. To freshen up before arriving on the island, one of the crew handed us some wet towels and bottled water. Every member of their transfer team is approachable and accommodating.
We received the same treatment before leaving Boracay. With Coast, everything that deals with their guest’s transfer is organized and well planned.
· Beach Front Location
As a beach enthusiast, I love to wake up early morning to walk along the shore, wait for the sun to rise and set, and just sit and relax while watching and listening to the waves of the sea. This is the more reasons why for me staying in beach front resort is an advantage.
At the same time, doing so means easy access to every attraction and happening on the island. There’s no need to ride a van or tricycles just to stroll along the shore, dine at a restaurant and go to parties at night.
· Excellent Service
Coast Boracay is known for their excellent service and this is one of the reasons why they are on top of every resort in Boracay.
We were welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks, big smiles, and utmost hospitality upon arriving at Coast Boracay. They assisted and gave us a quick tour of what’s inside our respective rooms.
What I noticed upon entering my room are the two (2) personalized welcome greetings that they made. The first one is flashing on the television and the other one is inserted in the welcome amenities.
Their housekeeping team makes sure that our room is tidy. They clean twice a day and leave some snacks with a personalized message every night, which is kind a sweet.
Their staff is always ready to help and assist the needs of their guests with big smiles on their face and I haven’t seen any negative reaction or gesture from them.
Most of all, I also love how their staff interacts with their guests, they always make sure to connect and give the best Boracay vacation experience to every person who stayed in their resort.
· Comfortable and Spacious Room
One thing that Coast Boracay is proud of is their luxurious rooms. Coast Boracay has 71 rooms divided into 5 types -Deluxe, Premier, One Bed Deluxe, Loft and rooms located at Blue Marina Boracay.
During our vacation, I had a chance to stay at one of the premier rooms of the resort. The room that I stayed is located on the ground floor of the resort facing the pool side.
The first thing that I notice is the tropical vibe of the room. The room has white washed walls with earth tone colors and minimalistic interior design. The room is spacious, neatly arranged and vibrant.
A king size bed is placed in the middle of the room. The bed has five-star bedding that is being used by known hotels and resorts in the world. It is very comfortable and honestly leaving it is hard to do!
The bathroom area is also spacious and has a minimalist design. It has whitewashed walls with shelves made of wood and earth-tone-colored accessories. Toiletries are neatly placed near the sink and shower area.
The room is fully air conditioned with Flat-screen Smart TV, telephone, minibar, work desk, sitting area, closet and security box.
· Amenities
Coast Boracay has two (2) swimming pools inside the resort. The first one is located near the cafe and the other is near the resort rooms.
Guests who want to relax, read books and sip some cocktails while catching up with family and friends usually stay in the pool lounges near the cafe. While those who play with their kids usually swim and have fun in the pool near their rooms.
Aside from the pool area, the resort also has a fitness area where guests can do their daily exercise and a massage room where they can have a soothing massage after a day full of activities on the island.
Coast Boracay can also cater events in their function rooms.
For souvenirs and pasalubong or Filipinos tradition of bringing gifts from the destination that they visit to the people back home, guests can drop by The General Store.
The General Store sells products made by Filipinos. These products came from different parts of the Philippines and showcase the rich culture, artistry, and heritage of the country.
· Delectable Dishes at Cha Cha’s Beach Café
Coast Boracay cradles Cha Cha's Beach Cafe. Like Coast, Cha Cha's Beach Cafe is one of the best Café in the island of Boracay.
Cha Cha’s Beach Café may still be young but is now well known for providing its guests a sumptuous dining experience that includes warm greetings from the breakfast buffet to a la carte lunch and dinner. They also have sunset sessions where they showcase their cocktail and beer collection, plus they serve all day meryenda and unique desserts!
Cha Cha's offer different dishes that can satisfy anyone’s palate from the different sides of the world. Dishes on their menu are meticulously chosen to provide their guests the best cuisine that compliments the tropical vibe in Boracay.
My personal favorite in Cha Cha's Beach Cafe is Ube Champorado, Kansi or Ilonggo's version Bulalo and Sinigang in one dish, Poke Bowl, Halo-Halo Crumble and their mouthwatering cakes and pastries.
· Netflix
I am an avid fan of Netflix, who wouldn't right? Netflix can be accessed through Coast Boracay's Smart TV 24 hours a day.
This means continuous movie and series marathon whenever you're not in the mood to go out of your room and just want to relax in your comfy bed.
· Animal-Friendly
Coast Boracay is an animal-friendly resort. You can bring your beloved pets in the island and conveniently stay with you in the resort.
Coast Boracay indeed gave us a comfortable, relaxing and stress-free vacation with their superb service and utmost hospitality. The location of the resort is also ideal. We can easily stroll along the shoreline every morning and watch the sunrise and sunset in the outdoor beach beds located in front of the resort. Food at Cha Cha's Beach Resort is exquisite! Each dish that was served to us is flavorful and mouthwatering. Staying in this resort while in Boracay is highly recommendable!

I can see why this property is regarded so highly in Boracay located on station 2! From the moment my husband and I were greeted by the Coast staff in Caticlan we immediately felt taken care of and in good hands. Once you arrive in Boracay you’re instantly greeted by more Coast staff and personally escorted to the property and welcomed with refreshments. If you arrive ahead of your room being ready- then you’re guided to a “refresh room” to do just that, “freshen” up and decompress after a long journey. We were so thankful for this since travelling from Canada.
This resort has plenty to offer no matter what your style of travel. They have a fantastic restaurant on site called Cha Cha’s, a spa, gym, and relaxing pools on site.
The highlight of our trip was staying @ the Coast hotel! Not only is the property clean and well maintained but what makes this hotel great is definitely the staff. I can say with confidence the other reviews posted here are indeed true! As guests, we were greeted at every turn with gracious staff all wanting to ensure we felt @ home. Tim & I want to thank the team @ Cha Cha’s supported & led by Erwin. Joy, Christian, Joven , Laika, Jeric, Marnie & JW- you are awesome & thank you for hosting us everyday. If I’m missing any names it’s because I couldn’t keep up & remember all the kind people I met throughout our stay. We can’t forget to mention and thank Lorna & Drea for the best massages! I arrived in Boracay with a knot in my back and after 2 treatments with Lorna my back was good as new for the rest of my trip. After that, Tim & I returned for more massages just because Lorna & Drea are so good @ what they do. We often went directly to the spa for our treatments but they also offer room service massage treatments or you can choose to enjoy your massage poolside.
Lastly, many many salamat (thanks) to the dream team on the beach- Jony & Franco! I was completely taken back & thankful by their generosity & kindness while enjoying all the Coast has to offer. No matter if Tim or I were @ the beach, dining or relaxing poolside- Jony & Franco always made sure we felt comfortable, safe & relaxed. It’s all about the details and the team @ Coast certainly extends the warmest hospitality on station 2. We can’t wait till we return next year and hopefully each year after that!

I read all the reviews on Trip Advisor and despite concerns about how busy Station 2 is I'm glad I chose Coast the #1 ranked hotel on Trip Advisor at the time. . All of Boracay is busy, Station 1 and 3 are only slightly less busy and Coast is excellent! I had a crazy 13 hour journey to Coadt from Singapore due to the cyclone and flight delays. The hotel had organized exclusive taxi with Southwest for me from Kalibo to the port of Caticlan and despite it being 1 am they were there to meet me. I was so glad to collapse in the car as it traversed floods, buckets of rain, hairpin bends and trees down across the road on the 1 hour 40 min journey for 1, 200 pesos. At Caticlan another transport rep met me as I sheltered under a concrete canopy in the pouring rain with a beggar, two dogs and two guys on bikes. Despite it being 3am and a solo woman traveller I felt very safe with the reps company. A van took me the short 5 mins trip to the beach. Then the hotel boat was there with four men to escort me! Older travellers need to be aware that you walk down the loose sand beach, then up steep steps at the bow of the boat. There are rails and the men help and carry your luggage. A ten minute boat ride then down onto the beach the other side then up into a van that took me to Station 2. Then the hotel security guard carried my case along the sand path in water up over our ankles (cyclone remember) to the hotel. Ahah...a warm welcome awaited me, cold towel and water. Shown to the room and amenities explained. It poured all night and the next day but I enjoyed the hotel and free wifi and Netflix in the room. It is a modern, very clean, hip hotel with a charming staff. I love the Tshirts with their roles e.g security 'Men in black, only white' and the lifeguard 'Baywatch fan' (note to parents with children on guard all the time the pools are open 9am to 10 pm). My room cost $181 CAD a night including breakfast in Cha Chas. how lovely the staff is there especially the host Chummy who makes you feel like a member of the family with a hug. The food is ok, could be hotter and I'd prefer a cafetiere of coffee. One neat thing is a treat every night in the room of local baking or the welcome gift of rambutans! The room has blinds but no blackout curtain so it doesn't get very dark as all rooms look out onto the lighted pool area. Coast is on Station 2 at the centre of things-a great beach, bars, restaurants, spas (very cheap massage about 300-400 pesos for an hour $23 CAD!) lots of sailing, island hopping, dive shops, surf and paddle boards. It may be tough to get to but I heartily recommend Boracay Island and Coast!
