I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during my time in Seoul. I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located a little out of the traditional touristy area but is quite close to a lot of the main sites. It is very walkable to the palaces, Jongmyo shrine and Dongdaemun. It is also really close to a metro stop which is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel though they seem to close around 9-10. The staff was friendly and helpful although their English seemed a little bit limited. I got a very good price and was happy with the value. The room was small but clean and well suited to my needs of being out for most of the day. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for great value and being able to walk to most of the sites.

This hotel was a great place to stay when I was in Seoul in September of 2016. I was able to walk to most places I wanted to visit and see. This hotel is very simple. It was clean and provided all the necessary items in the room. They even included a light breakfast and free WiFi. Staff was very friendly and polite. This was an amazing value for the price.

It is definately value for money. one has to be prepared in mind that its mainly self service. I am independent traveller on automated wheelchair the staff at front desk was fantastic could speak manageable english. They were so helpful as i checked in which was past midnight Mr pomi a smiling face staff at front desk came up to the room arranged the mattress one on top of the other as I wanted a high bed. He helped me set my luggage conveniently and setting my chair battery to the charger. The dongdaemun market was walking distance practically everyday I went there for shopping. Dongdaemun night market is open 5pm to 5am. One can enjoy expensive and cheap shopping in this area, the market looks very lively and happening all the time. There is food street down the road where one can enjoy delicious authentic food which is again walking distance. to see other places one has to take a cab. The best thing which I discovered on the last day Is they have free laundry service in the same floor as d cafeteria. The breakfast is 6 to 9am in a pantry kind of cafeteria with no sitting area, very minimal stuff like bread, butter, juice milk cornflakes and flavoured yogurt which you can carry in ur room in the tray. So don't expect a lavish buffet (like I did). I would definitely refer my friends who plan trips on budget to go there. It's a basic beautiful clean hostel accommodation like place. The bathroom is fantastic they have hair dryer.Yes one thing that was not ok was they did not have any room with shower area. All there rooms have bathtubs only I guess. One thing more I would like to tell all these hotel people where r we expected to keep our toiletries when we bathe no hotel has space for that I have noticed. now if you are an indian travelling to seoul I am sure we don't know the language if I sum up in few words you feel like a deaf dumb and blind because you can't speak the language you can't understand the language and nor can you read the language, the signboards over there have only korean language on it no english at all so I guess it is not very tourist friendly city. I had a prepaid cab so the driver did the finding so did not face a problem with that.

it took me more than an hour to get to the hotel, first I took the instruction how to get there from google map then I got trouble finding it, even the taxi drivers refused to take me there. I wonder whether they could use GPS with the roman alphabet or they can not read the address. anyway three young Korean helped me with their mobile phones . it is really easy to find .when you going out from jongno 5 ga subway station , exit 13 , you will see A Twosome café ,just take the road next to the café and walk about 300 metres ,the hotel is on the right side of this road. anyway the room is small but clean and good for a short stay. no kettle provided in the room ,it may has a common kitchen and laundry .it is more like a hostel . I stayed at this hotel because I had no choice, most hotels at this range of price were fully booked at Asian games period .
