We stayed here with our two sons (9 and 7) for four nights on a stop over on the way to Japan. The apartments are well located right next to the train station and large mall. But the highlight for us was the apartment itself. It was new, immaculate and extremely well equipped with everything you need. Housekeeping was exceptional. The pool is excellent with a spectacular sunset view. We had kids meals from room service and they were great as well. Strongly recommend this option for families.
Wonderful stay with friendly staff. Hotel is impeccable with a top tier executive lounge and a modern gym with large pool. Rooms are big, clean, and well decorated. The views are truly stunning and the location provides easy access to the best parts of Seoul.
We stayed here for 6 nights, and had two interconnecting suites. Got a free upgrade to one of them being a bigger suite. It was a very comfortable stay. Very clean and the washing machine was a bonus especially when travelling with children. Noise-proofing was wonderful, didn't hear anything from adjoining rooms, apart from an occasional barking from a puppy across the hallway but that was not an issue. Did not find room temperature to be a problem, as there was individual air-conditioning units in each room. Plenty of storage space in the room. The train station is an easy 5 min walk, all under cover and there was plenty of shopping and eateries available nearby. We had buffet breakfast, it was OK, the offering could be a bit more varied but the location more than made up for it. Breakfast was served in a spacious room with great views and lots of natural light. The pool was OK, did get busy at times but the kids loved it! Would definitely stay here again.
The entire staff at the Grand Mercure hotel in Seoul was absolutely wonderful. They have some of the best staff and excellent customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Ethan was very helpful with carrying our bags and getting a bus back to the airport. 10/10 would recommend if you’re staying in Seoul and would totally go back. Very fancy hotel, the restaurant there and pool was very nice. I absolutely loved my stay with them.
Sold as a central hotel, it is actually not central. Sold as a hotel, it is actually a flat hotel - or at least the "suite" I had was. Arrival is perfect, as often in Asia. Same for l concierge services, which were flawless. Room was very nice, but it wasn't the suite I had booked. Food was good at breakfast but difficult to get in the evening... as the restaurant closes very early... leaving room service the only option . Rooftop bar was fully booked for an event. Gym was perfect. Pool was not available. All in all disappointing for something sold as 5*...
