We stayed at this hotel during July 2018 and again in August 2018. We booked a triple room, for our first stay we were give the suite on the top floor, which i must say is really good, two good size rooms with interconnecting door. Main room had large king size bed and the second room two large single beds with sofa and armchairs. Both room had good size TV's however there were no English channels at all. The suite was really nice however I found it quite difficult to sleep as there was noise from what i think was water coolers over on another building. Normally I can sleep with noise but these were quite loud, however the suite is really good. We really liked the location of the hotel plenty of restaurants in the area to eat at, walking distance to Taksim metro system and the main shopping street. As the location was so good we booked the hotel again for our return, this time we had a triple room on the third floor which was much smaller than the suite but adequate for our needs and much quieter so i was able to sleep. Breakfast was limited selection but was fine and gave you a start for the day.
I would recommend this hotel if your main priority is location, is it a 4 star, umm, I've seen worse and seen better. It could probably benefit from a renovation in all areas as it is quite dark. But, when your away on vacation how much time do you want to stay in your room, not much with us, just shower and sleep and this hotel provides that.
Staff we found friendly and helpful with anything we asked especially the manager who spoke good English and was always polite and welcoming.
