I liked everything, clean room, great friendly staff helping us with our bags to our room & down again. Large bedroom and bathroom. Overall, the room was perfect for a quiet vacation with a good view of the city. This hotel was guest friendly. Great restaurant with delicious food. Facilities were excellent, really enjoy massage, laundry, swimming pool and sauna. Good night sleep very peaceful.

The hotel itself is nice, the walls must be just partitions you can hear your neighbours slamming doors TVs on.
The swimming pools are freezing cold and the buffet breakfast was poor little choice for english you can ask for bacon as we did but it never came. Ants in the orange juice
The ladies on reception are nice to you only if you dont complain. Many of occasions i had to complain about the noise from other guests keeping me awake till 4am 3 nights in a row!! slipped on the floor hurt my foot ended up in hospital i told one of the reception staff her reply was “hows this my problem”.
The men that run the transport and take your baggage are lovey polite smiley and friendly (maybe they should swap them round)
I have stayed in KTK before this year i found it has become run down in need of a paint job and definitely a refresher course for the reception staff in customer service

Stayed here for 6 nights as the place we usually stay in was full and this was an unplanned visit to Thailand,we were going to Bali but because of the volcano we had to reroute.
KTK regent suite was quite nice, the room we booked was the best room they had, this trip was for our 20th wedding anniversary . The room was on the top floor , very large ,had a small kitchenette with a microwave, 2 plates, 2 spoons and 2 forks - no knives and 2 cups and saucers and a kettle. The tea and coffee provided ( 2 of each ) was replaced daily. The bed was lovely, very comfortable and the massage chair in the room was great unfortunately the balcony was tiny, in the shade all day, such a gloomy place that we didn’t use it. The bathroom was very nice , separate shower and bath with a hairdryer unfortunately they only provide amenities, soap and shower gel etc on the first day, this was never replaced, just as well I bring my own but not really good enough for the price of the room.
The outside swimming pool was very nice, small and not many beds but it was not very busy at all in the middle of December so it was fine, there is also an indoor pool but we didn’t visit this. The gym is next to the pool, looked to be well equipped and the sauna was great. The towel attendant was the nicest member of staff at the hotel.
The reception staff were fine, but the restaurant staff, one woman in particular was extremely rude and grumpy- we had booked breakfast for our stay, it was open from 7 am til 2pm, I think , we were given coupons to give the staff each day, the first time we went in to the restaurant there was no “ good morning “ just “ coupon, coupon “ - no smile, no help at showing where plates and cutlery were kept. The food itself was horrible, cold and greasy, I know food isn’t served hot here but this wasn’t even warm, i waited for the dish to be replenished when it was empty thinking at least straight from the kitchen it would be warm but it wasn’t- I only used my coupons once and did without the rest of our stay. We were leaving the hotel for our flight home very early, before breakfast so the reception staff said if we gave them our coupon for the breakfast they could make a breakfast box to take with us, I thought that would be nice, probably a sandwich, so didn’t matter if it was cold - but unfortunately this wasn’t provided, no matter - just par for course here.
We won’t be staying here again, nice room but not for us.

From check in to check out this hotel was great all around! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I extended my stay at this hotel because of the hospitality. The room was clean and the 2 separate pools were great. Close walking to stores. Short scooter ride to Walking street. 8 minute walk to the mall which had everything. I will be visiting again and I will be staying here. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice hotel . Looks better than on pictures.Nice decor all over the room and the hotel. 2 swimming pools, sauna and gym and mini golf all included in hotel price.Breakfast was nice also , plenty of choice , reasonable price 179 bahts.
Nice Long balcony which was going all around our room and dinning area . Good massage chair in the rooms , fridge and all necessary cutlery were in kitchen.Big , lovely bath and huge separate walking in shower . Shower gels, shampoos ,soaps and toothpastes and toothbrushes was left daily in the bathroom.
Outside of hotel were hotel tuk tuks parked which brought us anytime and anywhere to the Pattayas city center free of charge.
Plenty shops around.Nice Irish pub just across from hotel.Only one letdown were the hotel staff. We didnt feel welcome at the hotel .They even didnt bother to answer Hello or Goodmorning but thats a normal thing in Thailand.
All overall one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed .
