We booked this hotel as we had been advised that it was best to stay away from the craziness of the medina. We were glad we came here. After being in the medina, which is a 5 min drive away, this was a small paradise to come back to. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was a lovely tranquil place to relax. The resident tortoises made us smile, roaming the gardens! The rooms were very clean, large and felt luxurious. Having a balcony was great. The breakfast was also fantastic. Will definitely come back here. We loved it!

Albakech is an oasis of peace and serenity , great option to avoid the Medina or Gueliz hectic life and still very close to everything that you might need- from shops to restaurants. We had an absolutely great time in there thanks to the staff that is well trained, polite , friendly and helpful especially the manager, Adam who goes above and beyond to deliver the best to his guests.
Special thanks to Mohammed who arranged amazing personalised breakfasts and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool area is wonderful (also home to a family of turtles 🐢 😊)
We’ll definitely stay here every time we are in Marrakech and couldn’t recommend them more.

We absolutely love Albakech house with its unique mix of Scottish highland hospitality linked with Moroccan culture and friendship. The proprietor Adam and his family are exactly that being half Scottish and Moroccan.

We have stayed 6-7 times here over the past 6 years or so. They are always spot on with service , great location, food and truly it is a home from home. The breakfasts are delicious, great location for the airport and Médina as well as a beautiful pool.

All the staff are knowledgeable and share the same DNA as management with great service and humour. Each room has a Moroccan flavour with all mod cons with tv , satellite, beautiful bathrooms etc

DownstaiRs there is a Hammam and health suite which is compact , tranquil and perfect .

We have invited family and friends to Albakech and they have also revisited . We have used it as a base for adventure trips cycling the Sahara and London to marrakech . Each time they have helped with logistics and fixing stuff. Great having Arabic , French and English speakers to help sort things

The hotel can also arrange trips to the mountains , high dunes and or adventure sports . Trust Adam and his team to deliver a perfect break or micro adventure in Morocco

Thanks guys and girls

We will be back

We have had a wonderful week here and the comfort and hospitality afforded to us was second to none . The location is really good and it is away from the bustle of the Madena but only a short taxi ride to the main sites and restaurant areas.
The owner could not do enough for us and the staff were helpful and very friendly. The pool area is lovely and the interior is decorated in a traditional style. A really good breakfast was served each morning by the pool.
A really great place to stay and great value.
