We went for 2 night as a group of 3.
It toke at list 5 booking confirmations to get the right one. Wrong dates, prices and diffenrent way of fonctioning between employes that had make the booking a mission and very confusing.
When we arrived the room that we asked for wasn't available and they put us in 2 diffenrents rooms. No raisons why and no apologies. Just that it is how it is. We had to packed, checked out and in the second day. Not what you want to do for a short stay. They couldn't even make shure that the second room will be ready before 3 pm, normal check in. This oblige us to organised our day in fonction of the hotel bag management. When we arrived to rechecked in there was only 1 key for the 3 of us. This is a problem when everything in the hotel fonction with a key ( elevator, access to the pools). Again, we had to organise ourself around the hotel's "one key". This is getting difficult when we didn't want to do the same tjinks at the same time 😏.
And to had to our already not very plaisant stay, the cleaning woman entered the room when one of us was in the shower. Telling us that we were supposed to be out because it was on her tablet. It was 9h30 when the check out is 10am.
The personal was unplaisant, limit rud. No drink, coffee or apologises for all our problems during our stay.
Hotel confortable and beautifull. Easy access to a lot of place to visit in Wellington ( Te Papa, cuba street, cable car...)
