This was a very conveniently located hotel. Clean but without the thrills. Good for a solo traveller but would probably not recommend if it was a romantic stay.
A good stocked mini bat and loved that they had real coffee with plunger in the room.

Staff were very good, facilities were good and room was in very good shape, will be back. Went for a weekend for my wife’s birthday and the staff were extremely attentive to us.
Made it feel special from check in to check out couldn’t be any more helpful.
We will make it out go to place whenever in the city.

I had stayed at the Radisson in the past but not for some while; it was good to see that it is still an outstanding place to stay - and very conveniently located being a stroll to the city centre or Queen Victoria Markets, just next to a very nice park, and close to several different tram lines and a train station. But the main impression is excellent facilities and service. Easy entrance, conscientious COVID check, friendly and helpful staff with someone to collect luggage and deliver to the room (something I think is now mainly associated with only upmarket or Asian hotels). The room itself was extremely compfortable, and well serviced. And then a daily newspaper delivery, bottled water replaced every day, a traditional and inexpensive hotel breakfast, and the convenience of a :business centre for printing out emails etc. All this for less that the price of a motel room in Wagga Wagga.

Stayed here for the first time to attend a Board meeting. I booked a room/breakfast package but only found out when I checked in that breakfast service didn't start until 07:00, which is late compared to other places I have stayed. Unfortunately, I had to depart at 07:00 for an 08:00 meeting start. I was offered a boxed breakfast but it was all cold of course and not that appetising.

However, having said all that everything else about the room and the staff was commendable. A comfortable, clean and well-equipped contemporary room that met all my needs and expectations and the staff were great at helping me with my (minor) breakfast issue.

Referred to your reply/respond to my previous review below on the room service deliver guy signed my bill on my behalf without asking for my permission. I try but can't reply to your false reply/comment. I was not even showering when he arrived, in fact I did not even shower during that time! I was on FaceTime with my husband and he even saw he signed my bill then pat my shoulder before he was trying to leave the room! How can he said simply accused and assumed? A very bad attitude that you should reviewed for a staff to lie and for you to answer me with his lies!! "Dear Valued Guest, On behalf of our entire staff at Radisson we apologize for the concerns you have shared about your experience at this hotel. I have addressed the matter with our Management team, and also the staff member that delivered the room service to you. Our staff member apologies for the way in which they acted and expressed they believed they were helping as when your meal arrived you were in the shower. We have reminded all staff that no matter what the guest is currently undertaking it is of utmost importance that they personally view and sign their receipt even if it means the staff member returning to their room so this can occur. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations. On behalf of our entire staff at Radisson we thank you for your business and we look forward to seeing you again when your travels bring you back to the area!"
