Me my OH and baby stayed here. Room was freezing baby was screaming from cold reception did not seem to put heating onDon’t use their hair product in shower! Trust me! Bed was uncomfortable fag burns in curtains. Not sure what’s going on with the sofa. Won’t ever come here again it’s been very stressful. Lifted up bed n found a big toe nail and empty toe clipper wrapper! Clearly not cleaning the rooms properly with COVID going around. THEY KNOW WE HAVE A BABY

Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival.
Hotel centrally situated with good access to places to visit within the area. Restaurant literally metres away from the front door, with other eating places close by. Alas the room was a bit dated and rather cramped in my opinion. Silly little things like having badly chipped coffee mugs in the room and a painfully slow TV system can become annoying, although mentioned to staff next morning.... nothing changed, and perhaps because of Covid or as it was a weekend, daily room cleaning did not happen! But I must say- steer clear of the Full Breakfast offered by the restaurant, it was terrible and a waste of money

This was my first stay at the hotel. Huge car park, Friendly check in, COVID precautions in place, lovely clean room and nice and quiet during the night. Beefeater pub next door, ticks all the boxes. One of the best premier Inns around.

First time back in a premier for a while due to covid. The welcome i got at 5pm 29/07/20 check in was fantastic from a guy called drew so helpful and polite especially under all the screens for covid protection nothing was a problem.Used the beefeater for breakfast and again the manager who directed me to my seat and the waitress were brilliant and again so helpful also the breakfast was superb well done the unseen heroes in the kitchen. All of these staff are a credit to the brand look after them they are the future of your brand. Many thanks Robert Edmead Room 21.
