The Hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and polite and the pool on top of the roof was great for relaxing. The best part of the Hotel is the location though. Its very central and the picturesque bay with a lot of restaurants is only a couple of minutes away.

We stayed in the hotel 7-15 August. We got nice room on the second floor (209) with street view. The room was spacious, cleaned and very comfortable, downside was shower in the bathroom as it was fixed in the wall 7 feet high with the flow (pressure) really weak and there was no other way of bathing or showering. Aircon was good and was very helpful when coming back from the heat outside.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant, cannot fault them.
We stayed on B&B bases and for the first four days it was menu breakfast served (6 or 7 types) which seemed nice and well prepared. For the last four days the hotel switched to buffet breakfast and the quality went significantly down, the sausages and scrambled eggs were cold, bacon dry and cold, boiled eggs over cooked, it was quite disappointing. The service was adequate and friendly.
Roof top pool was very nice but on smaller side. Pool bar didn't serve any kind of food or snacks, only drinks and ice-cream.
Position of the hotel near Paceville bars and clubs gave it noisy nights and that didn't help the sleep but that is to be expected when you choose hotel in area like that.
Over all the stay was pleasant with some disappointments. I cannot give more than 3 stars to my review as the food at breakfast and no food served at roof top bar plus the inconvenience of the shower keep me from giving 4.
I would consider coming back but would expect improved food.

The hotel is very big and has a huge reception. Everybody is super kind and the room was very clean. The neighbourhood is not that positive, the hotel is in between alot of unfinished buildings, there alot of strip clubs, young people hang out at night and making alot of noise..
Breakfast was very nice and with Covid served at the table. The have a pool on the 6th floor but not alot of place to sit..
They have a spa and indoor pool which was calm and relaxing.
Staff was kind enough to let us use the parking for our rented scooter and are super fast to offer you anything you want.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are glad that you enjoyed the hotel and that level of hospitality offered by our staff exceeded your expectations. I think it would be fair to say that our location is not in the heart of the nightlife area and that our central location offers the perfect opportunity to explore the island. Thank you for staying with us during this time and we hope to see you again soon

The hotel was pretty good, room was big and clean, bed reasonably comfy. Be advised - the area surrounding is a huge party district for young, drunk obnoxious English tourists, it is truly astonishing. The rooftop was nice, great cocktails, the pool looks great from a distance, but it was actually full of mould, so that was a quick exit. We used the included service to get beach loungers at the beach club in the north of the country, but taking a taxi there was a bit of a bother as the hotel reception told us half of the price that it actually cost (a simple mistake which we understood due to the staff member being new, and they covered the additional cost which was a relief). We also got free parking which was nice, though there was a bit of a "discussion" about it again with reception because they said it wasn't free (good thing we had the email to confirm it). Overall for the price not bad, though I think my next visit to Malta would be to a different area.

Stayed here for 3 nights. As I have Maltese heritage I come to Malta often and am used to the welcoming and friendly vibe the Maltese people have. I bought 3 friends to see the country I speak to much about and was embarrassed at the un-accommodating, boarder line rude and dry staff that we dealt with. We we’re ‘welcomed’ by a member of staff who checked us in and gave us our room keys and that was it. We then found out the pool was closed upstairs which wasn’t told to us. So we go to the downstairs pool and the steam room was not working and the jacuzzi was like warm. We told reception we were unhappy with the spa and can they get the steam room working to which the guy we spoke to looked as if he couldn’t care less. He came up to our room not to say ‘hey, I apologise you guys aren’t satisfied with the spa so I have..’ no. He came and said hi, the spa is fine’. So disappointed and embarrassed at how this reflects onto my friends views of Malta as a whole. The room was clean and tidy and the cleaners were the only polite staff. Would not recommend, would avoid. Plenty of other warm and welcoming hotels in lovely Malta (with better views!)
