Wonderful stay at a really peaceful retreat in the mountains. When we arrived we were a bit confused by the name as the sign says Mr Dins which isn't the name we booked online but it is definitely the same place! We stayed in a simple but cozy double room with an outdoor seating area overlooking the jungle. The beds have brand new mozzy nets around them and there is a decent storage unit. There's no fan or AC in the room but you definitely don't need it as it gets quite chilly at night, but we found it a welcome break from the humidity! The bathroom is outside but perfectly nice with western toilets and the showers have hot water. Mr Din and team are really hospitable and will help you arrange anything you need -they provide everything you need for trekking as well as info on trips to waterfall and travel elsewhere on the island. There is a restaurant at the homestay which serves tasty indonesian food as well as some western options. Location wise, you can walk to the waterfalls from here as well as other restaurants and local shops. All in all a great stay!

The view from the room was amazing. And just a little walk away you have a amazing panorama, and you can see the rice terraces. The room itself was nice and clean, mosquito net was already there, very much appreciated. Friendly and helpfull staff and the restaurant lodge had some nice food aswell. I booked a trip to climb the Rinjani mountain at Mr. Din. They borrowed me good hiking stuff, because i was not carrying that with me in my backpack, they take care of the tents l, sleepingbags, food and snacks etc. So overall a all inclusive trip. We had a very good guide, he was very helpfull because the tracking was really hard! But it was very beautiful. I would reccomand to stay at Mr. Din. My last tip: If you are planning to go up the Rinjani bring good hiking shoes because the grid and stones makes it slipery!!

Stayed 2 nights. It was allright, the rooms Are small, no AC or fan. Room and bathroom Are not very clean. The walls in the room does not join with the roof, which means that you Can hear everything going on in the other rooms. Breakfast was fine.

The property is located on the road towards mountain Rinjani, just like all other accommodations. The view from your room is pretty nice. The owner, Mr. Din, is a charming and helpful man who tried to make your stay as nice as possible. He has great tips, also if you don't want to climb the Rinjani. For example, he told us how to visit both waterfall on your own and how to go to the rice fields. Also, as the atm is quite far away, he lend us his motorbike to get some money. Breakfast was fine but dinner was great, some dishes are marvelous.

The room was basic and small, and could be cleaner. The floor was simple concrete and the walls didn't reach the ceiling completely, you could literally hear your neighbors conversations. The rooms are therefore very noisy, also for traffic. During our stay, multiple mosques (3+) kept us awake for hours. This has probably something to do with the time of our stay and of course cannot be avoided by the accommodation, we recommend ear plugs. The mosquito net provided should be cleaned as it was quite smelly.
