We have chosen a package "GENUSS" which means "ENJOYMENT" and our stay was just that. The architecture, the room, the staff are all very excellent. But for us, the highlight of our stay was their bath. The water quality is amazing and your skin becomes 10 years younger. The deep-soaking bath is so relaxing. If you are an "Onsen" lover, you can have a very similar experience here without going to Japan. The food was also excellent and their own wine go very well with the food.

A charming hotel close to the downtown and the river. Really liked those old historical furnitures and other things on the corridors, and the atrium inside with flowers, that s so beautiful!!
Staff is friendly, especially the guy with 4 legs on the picture :)
Breakfast is a bit poor (more vegetables please), had dinner once and had to wait for ages, but otherwise it is a cool hotel, tidy room with clean bathroom, if I need to visit Baden again I would choose this hotel again.

Stayed here for business again while visiting Baden. Lots of construction going on around the hotel, but the interior, service and ambiance is top notch like always. Food was excellent for dinner. Room was cleaned daily and well organized. Staff very friendly and remembered me after a few ties of 'No coffee' please.

Home away from home the difference is you can sit back relax and be pampered by the staff and enjoy a truly nostalgic journey into the world of thermal baths. My room with its comfy luxurious boxspring bed overlooked the Limmat river.
The Galerie Restaurant offered an atmosphere of romance Casablanca style a’la Kathrin Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart. Food and service excellent. Will certainly visit again.

Such a charming hotel! Room was extremely comfortable, the bed and bedding were so soft! The hotel is full of flowers and plants. They have spa cabins on the ground floor that you can book in advance free of charge and the staff will fill the little pool for you with thermal water, so you would not share the water with any other guests! They also have a thermal little pool outside the entrance but that will be shared. The next door hotel, which is more expensive, Limmathof, offer as well a thermal pool, however it is so chlorinated, probably no minerals left in that water.
I will return to this hotel next time I’m in Baden, as the service is really good and you get to have private thermal spa with no chlorine.
