A jewel of a place near the area of Porta Pia - Piazza Fiume walking distance to almost everywhere & very well connected to every part of the cities with all the public transportation.
Very nice ambience & welcoming staff.
The Junior Suite is pretty nice & having the jacuzzi on the room itself was really awesome & relaxing for a little get-away with friends.
Restaurant Gourmand’s was pretty gut. Good service, Good Food, Good Wine. I loved the Fish Couscous - Too bad they didn’t have the Polipetti that eve was looking forward to taste it somehow.
Hotel really recommended, would definitely come back again hoping that by then the Spa & the Pool will be open already.
Keep up the good work! Tschüss! 👌🏻
We booked the room falling victims to beautiful pictures of SPA. In reality:
1. Spa closes at 8pm. I don't know who thought that while in Rome I'll be visiting SPA instead of walking around the city, whoever he/she was, it's plain dumb.
2. SPA works on pre-booking. Over 5 days of our stay, we weren't able to book the SPA even once.
This was booked as the second part of our honeymoon, and looking at the photos it looked perfect.
On arrival there was no acknowledgement of our honeymoon, not even a congratulations.
We booked a junior suit, which has the smallest closet in the world.
On entering the restaurant for breakfast it was a quick "room number", no good morning- purely business, which had they been rushed off their feet I could understand but due to Covid the place was almost empty.
The hotel has no soul, staff are professional rather than friendly...we still have 2 more nights here...not looking forward to it at all.
We had chosen this hotel because of the family room with bathtub and its central location.
The hotel is nice and clean but not quite worth a 4-star hotel.
The room is very small for 4 people, it is quite noisy too (we could hear clients next door very well), decoration is very dark and basic, breakfast is ok but nothing extraordinary... service is ok and people are nice but the level of English understanding is not up to it .
I asked information about the Roma Pass and the person had no idea what I was talking about... I had asked for 4 bathrobes since we were 4 guests and be aware that they only provide 2 (for family room I was told) and extras are being charged 15€ (for use not purchase)...
Location is great since it is very central and just couple blocks away from Termini central station (10/15 min walk).
Checked in to the first suite Room door wouldn’t shut. Unsafe.
Reception changed to second suite. Dark dingy room. Only 1 Mirror in whole of the suite Which was bathroom. Electrics didn’t work in bathroom, so unable to dry hair etc.
The bedroom wasn’t clean.
Domestic disturbance on the 3rd night. No one on whole floor had any sleep. 5 hours it went on. Not once were the rowdy guests asked to leave. Despite the lady had quite obviously been beat up.
Restaurant is extortionate prices for mediocre food.
8 euros for a coffee.
Worse hotel ever.
