As a family we booked Carlos v for Christmas week ,,never again .We had apartment on 3rd floor . The flat door appears to have been smashed in ,some boarding has been glued on around lock area. On entering we found some old odd coloured rough poor towels ,,had to email to get some more ..Shower holder broken ,no shower curtain allowing flooding on full .. No vent heating just one small oil radiator for whole flat,,Patio door noted cracked .,bedrooms very noisey ,and draught through window ...toilet gurgling all night ..Free safe a bonus ,,640 quid not worth it .

Stayed in this apartment as part of a girls weekend away. After reading the reviews I was a little dubious about staying her but the apartment itself was large in size for the 4 of us. Yes it's noisy at night and there is little you can do about that given it's location is right in the heart of the strip. The downside was not having air conditioning as the ceiling fans don't quite cut it so there was more restless nights due to the heat rather than the noise ! Strangely the cutlery drawer was located in the living room rather than the kitchen so anyone reading this review, I hope this helps as we just assumed the apartment came with no cutlery since it took us ages to come across this by accident !! The pool is ok, wouldn't say it was the most well maintained but there were loungers available and plenty of space. Overall a pleasant stay but once was enough for me.

Group of 8 lads on a weekend in Benidorm we had 2 rooms.

Could not be in a better location, come out the door and you are bang in the heart of Benidorm and a 15 minute walk to old town. On the opposite corner to the red lion for anyone who knows Beni.

Paid peanuts and didn’t expect anything from the room but was pleasantly surprised.

Air con in one of the rooms didn’t work but other than that could not fault.

Paid €200 deposit for each room which was returned no problem after a quick inspection when we checked out.

Will definitely be using next time I come to Benidorm

Stayed for 3 nights in May and was pleasantly surprised .cheep and cheerful rooms were modern ish but beds not the best. Towels and loads of toiletries were in a draw which looked like left overs from previous guests. It was 200 euro deposit per room and check out is 9.30 we got 3 keys per room. I would stay again but very noisy until about 7am and the doorway is not in the best area .

19 guys stayed here over Easter. We have 5 rooms spread over 4 floors.
The agents met us here at 3pm (they could have been earlier if we wanted) and showed us to the rooms. It was 50E deposit per person and you got 2 keys to the apartment.

The apartments are right on the main strip bang opp Rockys Bar. The pool, well dont bother i have seen bigger puddles.

Each of our rooms had 2 bedrooms with single beds in plus a living area with tv, table and big sofa bed. All rooms had kitchen with kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, WM. Shower/Bath in each room, most had a hairdryer, enough hot water for 4 showers and most had toiletries left over. All rooms had a wifi code if needed.

The upgraded rooms looked cleaner and had new ikea furniture in but all rooms are big and has a big balcony, not that you will go on it. Not all rooms had safes.

There is 1 lift to for all 8 floors and you just get 3 persons in but it worked.

There is a big gate on the main strip to stop persons getting in and the lovey ladies of the night hang around here but these where pleasant enough.

All the doors to the rooms appeared to be safe and not easy to get through without a key.

Dont get me wrong these apartment are a s*hit hole but i have stayed in much worse and for the price and location and if you did not want a pool then these are perfect. If i am ever unfortunate to come here again i would happily stay here. Would 100% say these are perfect for groups of boys/girls not families. If you was a couple coming here would prob look for something bit nicer with a pool.

Whilst we was their 2 dingbats in the room next to use got evicted in the middle of the night as they was making far to much noise (1 lad had been locked out and couldn't get in) and that i think persons live in these apartments full time.

We all got our deposit back ( well apart from the 2 kids who got thrown out :))

No I think reception shuts about 7pm. There is a number to ring, but send a message to Carlos V asking them what to do on arrival and they will let you know.

Hi, we were lucky and didn't pay a deposit! I think they ask for one if your a group. We went in May this year and it was better than we expected! Lifts to rooms or stairs, we had a bed room with two single beds and a lounge with pull out bed X plenty of room and was clean! This place is at the start of the strip so be prepared for some noise you will enjoy though
