This hotel is horrible. Their staff member are extremely rude and they don’t know how to deal with the customers.
Let me tell if you are looking for a decent hotel with basic level of hospitality, this is definitely NOT A Place.
I am writing this as my recent experience with them was horrible. I checked-in the hotel for 2 days. I was given a room in the 2nd floor and the keys were not working. I had to keep going to ground floor every time to re-activate the cards. On the top of it, hotel staff will blame you for keeping the keys with mobile phone/ credit cards. This is a basic info all travellers know that we don’t keep hotel keys with mobile phones/ or any othe cards. You keep running between floor to foot to activate the cards and staff members are extremely unapologetic for the systems failure. My son literally in tears as he had to use the washroom and the staff was constantly arguing.
This hotel is also not at the center of the city.. Connectivity is a big issue. No shops/ basic stores nearby.
You need to change multiple buses/ metros to navigate to the city center. And you need to walk a lot and then experience such bad behaviours .. not worth the time and price. The staff will also not provide you contact numbers if managers and email ID to escalate the issues.
Please never book this hotel.
Great place to stay. Staff were friendly and quick. Good customer service and the room were spotless. I would recommend to anyone. Easy access from Madrid and close to the airport. I haven’t taste the breakfast but surly smelled nice.
We stayed one night. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was comfortable. Nice bed and couch. Bathroom was clean. We didn't have any problems with the room. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, just slept and showered before a flight the next day. People at the front desk were friendly. The location of the hotel wasn't that close to the airport or the city where we went out at night. It was about a half hour Uber ride both ways.
Check-in staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were clean and of an okay size. Bathroom was okay but a bit tired and worn. Excellent clean bed. Only issues were the carpet in the room by the door was damp; I guessed due to the AC unit. Got damp socks but didn’t bother to change rooms. Other small issue was the huge queue for breakfast which I couldn’t figure out a reason for and the general quality of the breakfast which was on the poor side; not awful just a bit cheap (low quality juice, and the pastries were the prepackaged kind), very good bread, but let down by the rest of the offer a bit. Overall, I recommend for the budget traveller, no frills but decent and good value for money considering it’s on the fringes of Madrid. I would stay again for an overnight stay such as ours.
Nice clean hotel modern but....
For a 4 star hotel not to have any food service after 11pm is not very good....
Need more people at reception both in the evening and morning.
Sort out your check out process. I paid in full at check in but still had to queue in the morning to hand over my room key. Have a box we can just deposit it in.
And also heard that no gym. How did it get 4 stars?
