I stayed at these apartments for 5 nights, I was travelling solo.
Unfortunately I arrived very late due to a delayed flight but there was a good system for getting into the property and accessing your room keys.
Unfortunately the payment system didn’t work but I called the help desk number and they issued my keys regardless. Said I could pay anytime during my stay.
Once I was inside my apartment it was great.
Exactly as described on the website.
The towels were changed every other day which was fine as they gave you plenty.
The access is down a quiet back street road so a little daunting initially but fine after a day of acclimatising.
I would definitely return.
Thanks

Just returned from a family vacation and it was fabulous. Wish we could stay longer. The apartment was superb; wonderful room, very clean, location is great just a walk to the center and the beach. Staff are super polite, nice, friendly, attentive and helpful. From the moment we arrived the front desk went out of his way to accommodate our request especial mention to Tommy in the front desk is a credit to the hotel, big thanks to you. We will be definitely be returning after the welcoming hospitality we have received. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at Palm Beach Club for our 1st anniversary. The location is on point - minutes from the beach, great food and the bus stop. The first room we were given (on the first floor) wasn't great so we asked Tommy, at the front desk, for a new room and were given a room with a beautiful view on the 9th floor. Tommy provided invaluable local advice on where to visit, eat and travel. He helped us booked a tour to Morocco that picked us up at our front door and helped us book a very convenient car rental that met us on site. While this is not a luxury hotel, the beach is amazing and the service that Tommy provided was 5 star with a smile.

Just back from a weeks stay at palm beach, I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised, we had a lovely appartment with a separate bedroom, & sofa bed for our teenage daughter. The kitchen area had everything we needed to cook breakfast & lunch. Everywhere was clean & tidy, great pool area that we used every day! The views from the rooms were fabulous, we didn't have a balcony but did have large windows which we could open wide & sit & look out. All in all we would definitely stay here again on the future.

Stayed with family...our room was a 1 bedroom apartment...a bit small no balcony which was a shame...beds comfy...microwave and toaster 2 ring electronic top...didn’t use any as ate out....air con was fantastic and free....did not turn it off nice and cool for 24hrs a day....pool area small but what I liked about it no panic for beds...and no getting up at silly hours to get a sun lounger...would a get up at around 9am and go for breakfast and get around pool for around 10.30...with no beds with towels on them...I do think now that this is a British problem in a lot of hotels where beds are reserved with towels on them from 6am lol....but not here.....the hotel restaurant is great value for money for 5.50 euros you get a coffee...orange juice.....2 toast..butter..jam...2 eggs..3 rashes of bacon..and beans bargin....the snacks through the day are cheap...we ate on the evening about 4 times they do a menu 3 course for 7.50 euros....drinks cheap also. Say hello to one of the waiters he looks like negan off the walking dead and he will love you....the beach is a 4 min walk...and you have a choice of everything you need.....if you want cheap drinks and meals walk down to mcjammons on the front they have there own beds and umbrellas on the beach 4 euro for the day per bed...they also have a person bringing your drinks to you from the bar...a water melon mojito is fantastic 3 euros....a pint 2.50...snacks from 1 Euro to 5 euros....we were on a budget so this worked for us....you do have the other end of the up-market where you can eat fresh fish etc....a real Spanish resort no stags/hens about but this was in school holidays in August.all in all a great budget hotel...and I would return.many thanks

Questions & answers about the rooms

May 2020 |
Hi Angela, Best options are studio balcony sea vie or apartment with a sea view. Difference is studios are a open plan and haven balconies, whereas apartments have a separate bedroom but no balcony. Send us an email directly to get our great monthly rates! Kindest regards, Sofía Manager

I can only suggest that you phone the reception at palm beach and ask the receptionist to confirm that you will have what you want. Oh! be sure. To get the receptionist name. Hope that this helps.
