Best decision ever to choose Ritz hotel in Paris to celebrate my son’s birthday (18 years old)
Such a warm welcome by Ariel and Manon
They sent a birthday cake to our room .. delicious ! White chocolate and caramelised pecans
The care for their guests is outstanding
Their behaviour was genuine and not fake
Their smile is true
Every time we visit a hotel, there is something to complain about but this time everything was perfect
They even did un upgrade assigning us rooms of a superior category
They will be part of this unforgettable experience
Without them, it wouldn’t be so magic
Every hotel, from the Mandarin to the Four Seasons, should go there and learn how to deal with all clients, whether it be the super rich guest or the ordinary family with children
The location, along with the hotel itself with its beautiful garden, is something not to be missed when in Paris.
I’m already dreaming about going back there again
Thanks to the entire staff
Tip : try to find a moment when you are in Paris to go there if only for the petit déjeuner It worth it!
Do not forget to book your private time slot at the swimming pool ....

We really love the Ritz, our review is 3.8 because of our last stay.
Let be honest the hotel and the suites are the most beautiful we have ever had.
The staff is incredible.
The pool was closed because of Covid (whereas other hotel manage to keep it open, I don’t know how).
The main complaint is about the food, it is far below the experience you have in other hotels...
even during our previous stays (before covid) we weren’t impressed with the food.
But during our last stay the breakfast was just bad, the service so poor. Furthermore, we paid 51€ for a plate of tasteless Bolognese in room.
Incredible place, stunning, the staff is amazing (not our last breakfast!) the food is below average...

With my wife we still laugh at the boiled eggs served as poached. When we visit other hotel we are like “it’s not the ritz but at least they can cook eggs”.

It has been a long time I wish to stay at The Ritz in Paris, ever since I read the story of Calouste Gulbenkian while he was living at the Ritz and Cesar Ritz was taking care of him 100 years ago.

Then COVID-19 came and we were not able to travel for a while.

Once I read that the hotel will reopen by the end of August 2020 it was decided that we go now with my pregnant wife to spend a long weekend in the city of love under the roof of Cesar Ritz.

It was worth it and more.

The experience, started at the gate at Charles De Gaulle airport where a nice suited representative meets you and he is taking care of your swift passage to the courtesy limo which drives you to Place Vandom.

The hotel is a work of art, I believe it will become a museum one day, a place where royalty and film stars and people who rule the world had stayed before.

We were treated as royalty with an upgrade to what was a part of the famous Windsor suit with a view over Place Vandom :).
How nice is that, a big spotless suit with 6m high ceilings and Art Deco styling which is not my thing(I like modern) but here you feel that no other style will do and you feel cozy and at home from the moment you enter.

Yes, the personnel is very friendly and personal, no request stayed unanswered and the nicest thing - all day breakfast!

Of course all facilities, from the amazing spa and the Matrix equipped gym, the afternoon tea and restaurant are expectedly great.

But a review about the best hotel in Europe can’t be about the small thing that you expect from a five star hotel, it’s all about the way the place make you feel, the smile you have when you wake up in that room and the knowledge that you are touching piece of history everywhere in the hotel.

I have only one problem with this amazing place - now I won’t visit any other hotel in Paris, just can’t substitute TheRitz.

The Ritz Paris combines everything a sophisticated traveler can expect : perfection in the hotel’s common areas in terms of design, service and atmosphere. Perfection is also infuse the rooms and suites : large units with a decoration and ambiance symbolizing the French history. Great room service, great service, great food, great pool, great spa and great everything you can imagine. Everything is possible in this hotel, the word « NO » is not in the concierges dictionary. When staying there, all the lights are green meaning that perfection exists in Ritz Paris and nowhere else.

Our stay at the Ritz Paris was magical. We visited Paris during Christmas 2019. Prior to arrival we received a warm welcome from the guest services team to assist with transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, etc. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and the check-in process was seamless. Ana in guest relations went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the Hemingway and Ritz Bar, brunch at Le Jardin de L'Espadon, and the best croque monsieur from room service. I also had the best massage in life at The Chanel Spa. Our lives were changed for the better by this stay. We have found our new home in Paris.

Is breakfast included in the room prices shown?
Answer from CinderellaDearest

I believe there are some special offers that include their delicious hot breakfast on the exquisite china in the beautiful L’Espadon room’ where you will also have great service. Eggs cooked to your liking. Those flaky buttery melt in your mouth croissants! The plump sweet fresh berries! Excellent coffee or hot tea of your choice. When we reserved our rooms last year, (2017) daily breakfast was included in the rate. It is also included in our upcoming 2018 stay. Check the website when searching dates for your proposed stay, or call the hotel directly and ask for rooms reservations and ask them, or email them at the email links shown on the website to inquire.
