Lovely room. Friendly staff and realy good breakfast. Easy to get into Solihull and Birmingham from here. Toby Carvery next door that does lovely meals and if you fancy a few drinks only got a 100 yard walk back to the Premier Inn
Stayed for 1 night due to a lovely g trip. Hotel very clean and covid friendly. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Reception staff very friendly. Room tidy and clean. Breakfast plentiful which is served to you due to covid. Would defo stay again.
Room as always very good, clean and presentable.
Covid measures in place.
Hotel very quiet, seemed very few quests.
Only comment, when booking breakfast it has "Toby carvery" showing when actually the breakfast is in house,.
Stayed here multiple times over the years with work. Rooms are large and very quiet through the night, I’m a light sleeper so can struggle if I can here noise from outside or the next rooms, not a problem here. Room was lovely and warm and an extra heater was provided but it was required.
The hotel is about 20 mi it’s drive to the nec and is within a short walk of multiple restaurants, Indian, Chinese, pub etc.
Chap on reception was extremely helpful, check in was quick and we took his recommendations on places to eat and wasn’t disappointed.
I opted for cooked breakfast on the first morning but was left abit disappointed as the black pudding was mushy and the beans over done, however my colleagues enjoyed the breakfast the other mornings.
No doubt we will be back here in a year or so and I have no hesitation in staying here again.
The hotel was ideally placed for Birmingham airport. I had an early flight the following morning and it took less than 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport at 6am.
The room was small but had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and there was adequate parking. iTts next door to a Toby Carvery but i didn't use it.
Overall, a good stay.
