Just wanted to leave a little review for this great boutique hotel where I had three comfy nights, after the Comfort Inn transferred me over.
I was woken 3 times for work on the last night and the very kind lady managing the guest-reception area allowed me to stay until 2pm, resting in my room.
It was very good and spotless, tea and coffee and such good beds with lovely mattresses.
I highly recommend it and it’s right in the middle of chic Pimlico for dining and shopping is less than 15 minutes away on foot.

Great hotel!😀🌸

Friendly hotel staff very helpful and looked after you well. Breakfast usually self service but had to be adapted due to COVID which they had done very well bacon butties were not available 2 mornings out of the 4 but plenty of other choices so wasn’t disappointed. Room was clean and had enough room for double bed and sofa bed for our daughter who said it was very comfy. Good value for money in place in London 2 min walk from Pimlico station on the Victoria line lovely pub called the galley round the corner serving good food. Great base for exploring London would defiantly stay again if we were in London

We came here for a few days, easy to get to from Pimlico station, quirky area with lots of bars and restaurants. Small room but nice clean hotel and everything in the room which we needed for a short stay. Absolutely fabulous staff, all of them. Would stay again.

Arrived mid afternoon. Housekeeping came to room to make up sofa bed + we advised we were literally turning round to go back out once changed so asked them to come back later, advising them we would be out till late so no rush to do bed if busy.
Arrived back late evening + sofa bed had not been made up, spoke to reception who basically accused of turning housekeeping away earlier so own fault bed not made up, given sheets + told to do ourselves!
Pull out had no pillows + when asking reception told they should be there + if not the dont have spare!
Room overly hot, had window open AND fan on in fact whole hotel overly hot.
Buffer breakfast disappointing.
All in all not a great stay + would not use again

Pimlico is probably one of the best London areas combining proximity to the busy city center, with a suburban relaxed feeling and many options to dine and shop conveniently, ideally suited for business or leisure trips to one of the best cities of the world.

The hotel is located in a street full with renovated urban domiciles of the past converted to hotels and offers the right combination of function and convenience for travellers that want a reasonable accommodation without the extravaganza of luxury illusions or the risk of unknown origin establishments.

All in all it provides a very decent experience in terms of the available facilities (rooms, common spaces and breakfast), strongly enhanced by the professionalism and friendliness of the hotel staff that add very positively to the total package.

Big plus, the 300 m distance from Pimlico Tube station, a minus in the room sizes but this is the center of a European city and not Las Vegas.

Will certainly stay again.

Yes there is - it isn't secure but we just kept valuables on us and left the rest but everything is still there as it is managed and looked after by the receptionist

Our check in time is from 2 PM onwards and our check out is 11 AM. If you are arriving around 12 AM, midnight, there is some one at the desk 24x7 and there should not be a problem checking in. We request you to vacate the room by 11 AM on the date of check out and leave your luggage in the storage after this time.
