I was highly disappointed in this place. We held a conference here and it was very dirty and very broken down when we arrived, after the manager assured us that it would be cleaned up repaired. beds were broken, windows with panes missing, holes in the conference room ceiling that let rain water fall in, dirty stained carpets, unvacuumed, toilets misfunctioning, light bulbs burned out. Everything was beaten and rusty and paint and plaster falling off. It was a disaster. For five days we tried to get hot water early in the morning and not one time during the whole 2 weeks did we have hot water early when we needed it. The food got worse and worse as the days went on, after promising milk and fruit for breakfast, we barely had any by the end. Some meals seemed like leftovers. Also on the one day the staff cleaned some rooms, 10 people had money stolen. The only bright spot was the kitchen staff, who were hard working, very helpful people, wanting to serve us well but prevented by the hotel manager from doing so. Contrasted with the main cleaning lady who had a really bad attitude. Please never go here!! You have been warned.

The room was comfortable, the bath clean and functional. WiFi is on the premises but the software may not be current because it was not possible to connect. TV was limited to local Georgian channels. Breakfast was basic. All in all not a destination.

A very bad hotel to stay no matter if you are travelling alone, with family or friends.
VERY expensive! ($100 for a tiny room wt no comforts at all); no sound isolation at all (you hear all neighbours, corridor walks/talks, even a floor down/up activity!); no wifi; very old furnishing inside (everything is falling apart); buffet meal is included in the room cost, so you get to eat same food every day (wt no opportunity to order smth).
